>> he gets on the scooter and thinks, yeah, i'm just going to take this. but they turn around and see him. >> oh, they do, but watch what happens. >> he put the 2 x 4 down? >> he pulls a gun. this man without the shirt, that is 56-year-old timothy gromza and he's saying no way. you are not taking this scooter right from under our nose sfsno >> i don't know if this is brave or dumb by this guy without the shirt on. oh, he shot him in the leg. >> that's what i thought too. the gun was fired but it missed him. you see the kid get on the scooter, try to start it but gromza gets back up. >> unbelievable. it's like how do you start this thing? >> and then the guy goes away. this all happened on april 1st of this year but this young guy was just arrested last week. he is joshua neland. he was 17 years old at the time

of this crime. is currently 18 years old. and now is being charged and tried as an adult. he faces three felony charges. >> well, he tried to kill this man. >> it turns out this kid had a previous record. he's set to appear in court on august 9th. the guy in this next video almost had an obituary that read death by cappicola. he's an employee at jimmy john's. apparently there was some extra caica ke h he do you think i can eat all six slices? his friend says no. he's going to do it anyway. stuffed all this deli meat into his mouth. >> i wasn't thinking. >> and immediately begins choking. his co-workers sprung to action. bryce started turning blue. >> he really turned blue, you can see it. >> clearly see it.

>> after watching the video, harris says he is convinced that at one point he was legally dead. >> seeing yourself basically die on camera is not fun to watch. >> first responders eventually showed up and were able to regain his breathing in about a minute. of course as you can imagine, bryce harris is super thankful for what his co-workers and first responders did for him. >> thanks. i wouldn't be here without him so all i can do is thank him from the bottom of my heart for saving my life. >> just think if it was closing time and he was the only one left and tried it. >> doesn't that give you a different respect on all the eating videos we do? that's horrifying. >> it could have been anything that he could have eaten that he choked on. >> cappicola is good, but it's not that good. don't eat six pieces of it. surveillance video picked up two separate crimes at two separate bob's burgers in

albuquerque, new mexico. this first video, this armed robber is pointing axd gun at t bob's burger store manager. as you can see, the armed robber does not keep his mask on. >> he shows up without anything on his face and then puts his shirt on his face. >> so he's clearly seen. here's the thing, the person at the store is like wait a minute, i know this guy. we went to high school together! >> oh, snap. >> so they were able to identify him and they're looking for isaiah kricarillo. now these guys, they decided to take something. do you think you know what that is? >> a table? >> the booth? >> no, they stole the picture off the wall, which is basically a picture of the restaurant at night. >> that's worth some money on ebay. >> what is wrong with -- what? go paint your own. >> you know what happens, they probably saw that up the night before and thought there's a painting at the fast food joint

might be worth some money. >> this bob's burger employee talked to wkoe. >> they did struggle. >> it took them a few minutes to get off the wall and it was more than a one-man crime. >> what a weird thing to steal. >> and why would you want a picture of bob's burgers? do you really like hamburgers or bob's burgers that much? if you have 30 to 40,000 bees hiding out in your chicken coop, who are you going to call? >> bee buster. >> oh, really? >> so this bee buster, also known as josh lopez, is an organic farmer. he was called to this chicken coop to get rid of thousands and thousands of bees. >> oh, boy. >> and he's using the ole smoke 'em out method. >> holy moly, look how many of them are under there when you lifts up that piece of wood. >> and he's not even scared. he's just like let me get a little smoke out and see what i

can do. >> is he trying to rescue the bees or exterminate them? >> he's just trying to encourage them to leave. the smoking method makes them nervous so they start eating the honey that's in their bee hive. they think it's their home that's getting burned. so in eating all that honey, they get tired and groggy. that's why they get calm, so it makes it easier for this guy to come in and work with them. >> if this is your chicken coop, maybe you just decide to start raising bees instead of chickens because they're already there. >> think of the honey you could produce. >> at the very end you see him handling a very delicious piece of honey comb. >> is he going to eat that? >> i don't know. look at that. >> just dripping. >> there wasn't so many bees he wasn't able to finish the job in one way. he was asked to come back in a few days.

this dude is angry, and this girl isn't having it. so she fights back. >> so this just makes the guy in the white t-shirt even more enraged. watch what he does. >> see the boardwalk beatdown. and is that a spider-man double? nope, just a dude named sergei. >> he wççñçñ

this vioou're an animal lover, >> who's screaming? >> is that the animal? >> that is coming from a bear cub caught in the current of the river in alaska. >> uh-oh. >> he's in the current. >> trapped in this current. he couldn't get out. the mama bear was with this cub, but abandoned the cub and got

out of the river as the bear cub struggled against this current. >> you could harear like bubble going into its mouth. >> isn't it so heart-breaking? but these amazing men who were here for this fishing trip, they came to this bear cub's rescue. and you see they first tried to get this cup out of the water with the net and that terrifies this little guy. >> oh, no. bad idea, bad idea. >> these guys have a fight against time too because the bear is probably getting really tired so they have to get in there and do something quick. >> we don't want him to drown. >> you can tell he's getting tired. >> they're trying their best to get to him. they also get swept up in the current. >> push him out that way? >> that's probably what we should do. >> push him out that way. >> go, buddy, go. >> to find out a little bit more about this video and about what

happened to the bear cub, we have mike polis via skype right this minute from alaska. he was the guy with the net in this video. what happened to the cub? >> he actually made it back to shore. that was the biggest focus was making sure that little guy made it back to shore and i promise he did. >> what did you do to get him out of the water? >> it was about a 10 to 15-minute struggle. we got lucky spinning around. >> we've got to get him out of this fast water. >> the boat broke the current at one point. so just gave him one fast nudge with the net. >> okay. >> and he was able to break free from the current and swim right to shore. >> did it reunite with the mom or was it on the opposite side of the river? >> he was definitely able to

a video of venice beach, always lots of street vendors out there doing their thing. in this video, instead of exchanging money for goods, these people are kind of in a heated argument, exchanging pastre now, you see this guy in the white t-shirt with this argument with the girl in the black. as tension starts to build, it's unclear what spurred this argument, but the girl in the black doesn't back down. watch what she does next. it's like she sprays -- i don't know if that's mace or pepper spray or something in this guy's face to get him away. this just makes the guy in the white t-shirt even more enraged.

watch what he does next. walks over to another table and flips the thing over. >> oh, oh. >> but out of nowhere comes this guy in sandals and a mustache from behind the table and he is mad because his stand was just destroyed. and he gets into a full-on fight with this guy, a fistfight. now, when i first started watching this video, i'm like, dude, why did you do this, because his fighting style does not look too good. he's doing little weird slaps. but eventually the dude in the samg sandals starts landing some rights. >> i'm going to claim him the winner by the tko. >> he held his own, knocked this guy down. it sounds like people around are cheering for this guy and totally defended the honor of his street vending operation. >> the one thing i'm glad of is that he did stop himself pause that could have gotten really, really out of hand and a little too violent. it looks like he got himself under control and walked away
