going on south of the harbor tunnel toll plaza. one northbound lane is shutdown at the steel bridge, speeds clocking in at 50 50 miles per hour. this will change as the morning progresses. stick with 95. checking in and looking at 95, here at eastern avenue, everything up to speed. 8 minute ride from the beltway all the way to the fort mc henry toll plaza. no problems in the area. as we pull up other drive times, beltway clear on the west side, traveling from 795, towards 95. that will take you 11 minutes. no problems using the jfx to get in to the city. crystal clear from 695, to downtown, east fayette, that stretch will take you 11 minutes. warning for you this morning if you man on taking your family to a county fair, maybe the state fair. there is something to watchout for, a jump in the number of

swine flu cases. and linda so is at the timonium fairgrounds with everything you need to know about this. >> reporter: there have been no concerned cases here in maryland of the swine flu w the state fair going on in a couple of weeks and counties, health officials want you to be careful. at the howard county fair, they are taking extra steps to make sure you stay safe. there are hand washing stations for you to use after coming in contact with pigs. the swine supervisor is checking pigs to make sure they are healthy. all of the cases were linked to people who either worked with swine at agriculture fairs. the symptoms are the same in pigs as humans, a fever, runny nose, redness in eyes and coughing and trouble breathing.
