addition of a 6th casino. >> daunting task to try to reach an agreement. we will dot best we can. >> reporter: the house of delegates will get started tomorrow but both houses will be back to work on monday trying to get an agreement. the senate could vote as early as tuesday. whatever is decided, a deal will have to be worked out by august 20th in order for the board of elections to have time to get the wording on the ballot for us to vote on in november. you know while our state legislators spent the day debating table games, officials in delaware making moves too. they have expanded sports betting to more than 30 locations up from just the three at the state's casinos. now people can now bet on nfl games at restaurants, bars and nightclubs. the same law that let the new betting locations also allows online slots and table game bets as well.

and the special session isn't only about gambling expansion. they crowd the mall this morning before a public hearing on the controversial tracy verses celeste ruling that labeled pit bulls as dangerous. it means that liability for any pit bull bites would fall on the owner and landlords and property owners. they argue it'll and in some cases has forced landlords to stop renting to pit bull owners. people who report it argue it's needed to force owners and landlords to be more responsible for the actions of their dogs. someme sate problem is the fact with the ruling singles out one breed. >> it should apply to all dog owners not just the owners of pit bulls, whether you are bitten by a great dane or a

poodle, that hurts and you will have hospital bills and the owners should be the one who pays for that but it shouldn't selective i target just the owners of pit bulls. >> on the table during the session is legislation that should force the ruling to apply to all breeds but would also take liability off landlords and property owner who don't own a dog involved in a bite incident. now for the very latest on the crash we told you about at 11:00. the accident happened about 9:00 on falls road between miller and western run road on a blind curve. . it appears the woman was traveling northbound in a 2009 forester when she came on a blind curve and hit a truck in her path. >> a 44-year-old man was driving a pickup truck that was

towing a wood chipper. he was driving southbound on falls road. his vehicle left the road and hit the rocks along the right received the road, then crossed back over in to the northbound lane. >> the victim's car rolled over upon impact and she was pronounced dead. the other driver has not been side and the crash tonight is still under investigation. the remains found possibly in a shopping center haven't been identified yet but police say they belong to a white woman between 18 and 20 and have classified her death as a homicide. her head was found monday, the rest of her was found with in hours, the remains were turned over to the office of the chief medical examiner who released a general description and the fact she had trauma to the

upper body. anyone with information should call the number on the screen. >> baltimore city police are asking fort public's help trying to identity four people who were at a 7-11 last month when a plan was assaulted, stabbed and hit by a car after going into the street. all four of the people were at the store when the man was attacked and them taken to a local hospital where he died. investigators are trying to identity the people in these pictures to question them act the death. anyone with information is asked to call homicide. police have arrested this man for a string of 17 burglaries at businesses throughout the county. police say the 45-year-old david cooper, robbed businesses through july but officers weren't able to cup come up
