reisterstown owings mills and randallstown and towson has rain. this will persist throughout the day off and on and that will continue heading into tomorrow. but 65 all across the board for millersville to edgewater. and the winds are calm right now. and your hour by hour forecast looks like this. we will have a brief breakthrough the morning hours and lunchtime still on the dry side. 75 and by the afternoon temperatures close to 80 with showers in the forecast. let's check the abc2 timesaver traffic with lauren cook. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. good news for those of you hadn howard county a disabled car has been cleared from the westbound lanes of interstate 70 at route 32. overall it's going to be a very easy ride from columbia pike over to 695. now a crash is cleared on the beltway on the inner loop at holland ferry road. delays dissipated but the west side is going to be the main concern right now traveling that outer loop from 795 down towards route 40. and if you are using 95 to get into the city this is what it looks like heading downtown.

at 395, you will notice it's going to be pretty heavy in this vicinity. leave yourself extra time and look live at the harrisburg expressway north of 695, nothing to get in your way. it will be clear from hunt valley down towards 695 and remain that way on the jfx11 minutes to travel from towson downtown to east fayette street. that's a look at your abc2 timesaver traffic now over to you. we have brand new information to pass along this morning. a missing 12-year-old boy who disappeared over the weekend has been found. his name is rashad foster and his parents say he is autistic. police say he was found safe and unharmed and he was last seen on liberty heights avenue and he is home safe this morning with his family. a shooting outside a baltimore county hotel now an 18-year-old is killed. linda so is live at county police headquarters with the very latest and linda, where are we relative to police making an arrest? >> reporter: no arrest yet. this happened early sunday morning but police don't have a suspect. people saturday the ramada

oh, yeah. 62 in york. 64 in frederick. 63 in hagerstown and these temperatures seasonable this morning. and we will stay that way or actually be below seasonable temperatures as we go into the afternoon. that's good news if you like the cooler weather. let's go outside to manchester where we are dealing with plenty of cloud cover. and that's going to be the trend as we go throughout the day. we will see sunshine in here but those clouds are going to hold tough. more of the same in laurel this morning. and even as we go over to ocean city that what few showers out there. now things are tapering off most of the wet weather is out into the atlantic. but the satellite and radar picking up on what i am talking about. pushed off there and we have a few showers trying to pop up around carroll county. baltimore county and that's going to be the scenario as we go throughout the day off and on showers. we won't see anything continuing. we are in between the two systems and we will have disturb ands riding along the system to the south. and that's going to give us a chance for showers for the next three days. a disturbance in the atlantic will be watching that as it works off towards the west and becoming probably a tropical
