train derailment continues in ellicott city. >> it's a common spot for the kids to come out and hang out. >> they were enjoying their last night of summer. some say this hangout should be history. >> and hurt over losing two 19-year-olds, tonight we report on losing two 17-year-olds. roosevelt leftwich is live over looking the tracks that run right through this heartbroken town. >> reporter: jamie, the investigation is continuing along with the work to restore the track that was damaged here. there's workers out here. they have entire sections of tracks. there's still a lot to go here, a big process in order to restore the tracks and get main

judge ruled there was overwhelming evidence to support huguely's conviction. the judge will have a final say. a 26-year-old man is accused of killing his father in pasadena. his son darius keenan, jr. was a person of interest and was arrested in north carolina keenan, jr. shot his father in the chest. new tonight a woman accused of elder abuse who went to kenya to avoid being arrested will be brought back. the police are bring 50-year-old anastacia oluoch back. she beat an elderly man in 2007. new tonight we have learned that senator barbara mikulski

will speak at the democratic national convention. other women who will spook caroline kennedy and eva longoria. anne arundel county executives are looking for nominations for the dallas pace humanitarian award. he was a servant, a coach, scout master, a teacher. the person must be at least 21, live in anne arundel. all nominations must be in the county by october the 1st. your donations. john matarese shows us how to make the calls stop. >> it's the unwanted political phone calls, and if you thought they were bad in the 2008 presidential election, they will be even worse this year. the republicans are guilty of doing it. >> this is senator john mccain. i'm calling to personally ask for your votes. >> reporter: the democrats are guilty of doing it. >> hello, this is bill clinton. >> reporter: in this race both political parties are using automated robocalling to raise money. >> they tend to be prolong. >> reporter: they hate them. >> you don't want to talk to them. they keep talking. >> it's wasting my minutes. >> reporter: that's right.

some of these calls come to cell phones which violate federal law. don't bother with the do not call list, political calls are exempt. a washington, d.c. attorney decided enough is enough. >> give the american public back the right to stop people from calling them at home if, in fact, that's what they want them to do. >> reporter: he now runs the website stop political calls.org. it asks politicians to stop calling members. 400,000 people have signed up so far. unfortunately, only 38 national politicians have agreed to honor. it he said the best bet is to call your local elections office and remove your phone number if it's in your files and call the local democratic or republican party headquarters. it may not stop the calls but it
