a two-hour long traffic stop. police dogs called to the scene. there was not one but two searches. no marijuana was found in the car. the driver was arrested for suspicion of dui. he later was breathalyzed and was under the legal limit. so those charges were dropped. this sheriff's deputy's supervisor, come out and say, the aekzs of this sheriff deputy were a little bit weird, but he didn't see, really, any wrongdoing, and in the most recent review of this sheriff's deputy, it also said that his decision-making was also a little suspect. >> you guys have a lot of marijuana in this car. we're counting down to our favorite video of the day. number one is just ahead, but first, here's number nine -- look at this video and tell me if the actions in it seem like an accident to you. this is surveillance individual grow a walmart in new york.

the cleanup from that deadly train derailment is nearly complete. a gunman opens fire outside one of new york city's iconic buildings. >> and a state delegate admits he was drechging before his boat crashed -- drinking before his boat crashed. it's been four days since that train derailment in ellicott city took two lives. word is expected any minute about when the cleanup is finished and the road finished. many residents want to make sure no one forgets. >> reporter: ellicott city could be back to normal as soon as tonight. roads may be open, businesses back on track but some residents don't want to move fwa
