those are robbers. they crashed through the ceiling of this check cashing place before the store opened. when the employee got there, they forced the employee to open the register so they could open the cash. >> why are they wearing bright yellow safety vests? >> police believe it's so that they wouldn't draw attention to themselves. >> they look like city workers, but this looks like a bad version of "mission impossible." >> police released this video because they need help finding these guys because they believe they are also responsible for at least seven other very similar robberies since july. >> why did they need to come through the ceiling? why not just walk through the front door? >> perhaps it was easier for them to do that and not set off the alarms. >> i like that they disguise themselves as construction workers but didn't bother to

designed to catch excess water. this one in boulder city, nevada, captured what appears to be a teenage boy trapped in a channel. he tries to grab one rope, misses that, but thankfully some other rescuers downstream have a rope and they are just able to fish him out of this rushing flood control channel. >> that's what he was headed towards! >> tvvu captured this video. that's where he could have ended up. that's a low head dam and you know how these waters turn and trap something. >> first this looked like a big water slide, it looked kind of fun, until i saw where he was headed. >> had those guys not been there, he had no chance at all. there was no way that he could fight that water. >> it looks like he was completely at the mercy of the rushing water. some reports say he climbed a fence to get in the channel when floodwaters suddenly rose the channel depth and swept him away. >> he's so lucky. he owes all these people a lot.
