saying the same thing. it's called vicious beating while nypd watched. it appears to them there is no nypd officer present in this video. we don't know if the person we saw or not in the begins is in fact a parks employee, if it is, it's not their job to step into the middle of this. when this fight breaks out, he's on a radio or phone calling someone and reporting what's going on. >> if he can't intervene, why does had he have a night stick? >> maybe just for protection. >> 60 people are standing around not doing anything too. >> are you okay, man?
