in the basement on regally oak -- ridgely oak road. police arrested 19-year-old justin trionfo. today his mother told abc2 news that his arrest came as welcome news. she said her son and a friend were mixing engine starter fluid with water in bottles for huffing. it prompted and evacuation. >> i was upstairs and didn't smell it until i came down. i'm so sorry, though to all the neighbors about what happened and what took place, but he has been arrested and his friend. >> carol ready as also been charged with allegedly concocting the mixture. trionfo's mother said he posted

a message on facebook saying he wouldn'ted to shoot up the school. well, we had a deadly holiday weekend, didn't we? three killed, four shot over the last 12 hours. it started with a double shooting that left one dead but ended about 7:30 this morning when police found a man slummed over the we will -- slumped over the wheel of his car. homicide detectives are still investigating all five shootings. making fun of the elderly, picking on someone smaller than you, taking babe bring it a -- taking candy from a baby, what is worse than that? stealing puppies. >> reporter: dakota and montana are parents to the puppies. they couldn't be a pir. now the owner can't be sadder. >> my wife can't sleep.

out. a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest for two fires that happened at a denny's. a person of interest was seen on surveillance video. the first fire was set in the men's room trash can, didn't do much damage, but the second one, that started in the men's bathroom and this spread. it caused $500,000 in damage. so authorities are asking anyone who recognize the man in the video or have information about the fire call the fire marshal. before the big night governor o'malley made the rounds on the sunday morning shows, giving a preview of what to expect. he touched on job creaption and voiced his support for president obama.

surgery looks like before making a street decision. the problem is not only are women not shown surgery results but seven out of 10r not fully informed. by the time some women find out, it's too late. >> i have a great number of patients who say i wish i had known before hand. >> reporter: to make sure women are aware of their option, the surgeons are planning a novel show and tell event in october to kick off the nation's breast cancer awareness day to let cancer patients see for themselves what others have been through. singer songwriter jewel is a spokesperson. she's performing a chair right concert and has written an inspirational song. >> when i was writing the song, a lot of survivors came to mind. i'm amazed at how resilient women are and they find the
