region. i will have more on the delays coming up in few. >> all right. >> it feels like a fall day. >> very muggy start. >> yeah. we are. there's a lot of moisture out there. that's where the fog is coming from. going into the later morning hours and the afternoon we could see sunshine and also we will have a front to work with as well. so that could be pulling in few more clouds. so we will have a sun cloud mix going into the afternoon. but, this morning, not as chilly. not as cold as it has been. and that's because of the cloud surfacing across the area this morning. we are at 56 in edgemere as well as chestertown. good morning columbia. you are at 53 right now and maryland's most powerful radar was active overnight but now we are nice and dry and this should pretty much be the story going throughout the day. that cold front will move through. but mainly it should stay dry. so as we go through the planner, 8 this morning, still patchy fog but temperatures at 57. look at the high. 70 degrees and it's going to be a nice one. let's check the abc2 timesaver traffic with lauren cook. and you said you have lots of

accidents. >> reporter: yes, we have trouble on 95 where there's a crash along the northbound lanes at route 32. it has been confined to the shoulder and if you are heading down to dc there are no delays right now but that could very well change later this afternoon. the nationals take on the cardinals around one. so expect a lot of congestion right around 4:00 this afternoon. now in baltimore, we are dealing with several accidents. there's trouble in northeast baltimore right where there's a crash on bel air road at erdman and another accident on alameda and cold spring lane. 695, this is what it looks like at harford road in parkville. everything up to speed. on outer loop towards towson and inner loop no delays to 95. the west side of the beltway at old court road, traffic is starting to pick up here at old court road. a 14-minute ride on the outer loof from -- outer loop from 795 to 95. that's your abc2 timesaver traffic. if you know one thing about

baltimore, we take pride in our teams and that's why baseball season has been so exciting this fall. and that excitement continues this morning. that's because game 3 gets underway tonight in new york. the festivities may be going on there but they are happening here, too. that's why charley crowson is live down at city hall this morning letting us know what they are doing to get prepared. charley what's going on? >> reporter: megan, a big pep rally scheduled for 10:307b9 front lawn of city hall. mayor stephanie rawlings-blake tweeted out a all call for the fans to bring the spirit andenthusiasm when we had the games sunday and monday night. it's 10:30 wrought side city hall tonight. but when you think back to 1996, 16 years and 1 day to the date the last time the orioles were in yankees stadium and you remember game 1, jeffrey, tony and jeter and names we all

find out security caught him. the man was arrested at l.a.x. for dressing in a bulletproof vest and flame retardant plants. officers say that's just part of it. he was carrying in his luggage smoke grenades, a gas mask, leg irons other weapons body bags and biohazard suit. he was headed to boston. he is now facing numerous charges this morning. a teacher is attacked while walking down an alley. the whole thing was caught on camera. 6 young men were heading in the other direction and you can see right here one punched him in the face. the blow knocked him to the ground and he hit his head pretty hardch the victim taken to the hospital with cuts and bruises. pretty bad injuries there. we will show you a live picture of nasa. this is the first official commercial flight to the international space station and it's expected to reach the destination within the hour. the unmanned capsule is packed with a thousand pounds of cargo every thing from low sodium

though the team is on the road come down to city hall and cheer them on and bring enthusiasm for game 1 and two at camden yards and for the game tonight, first pitch is set for 7:37. and pregame on tbs starts around 7:30. but, we have plenty of time to get rocking and rolling getting ready for the game. 7:30 from yankees stadium in new york. game 4 tomorrow night also at 7:30 and game 5 if necessary is played at 5 on friday. and again, the pep rally this morning that's the big story come down here to city hall at 10:30 to route on the o's. we are live downtown charley crowson abc2 news. all new this morning another person has died this from the deadly meningitis outbreak. linda so is here with all the details that you need to know this morning. linda this latest case there has been one in maryland but the fatality where did that happen. >> reporter: it happened in florida and the victim was the 70-year-old man. we are told that it's the first death linked to the outbreak of

the rare form of meningitis and more people have gotten sick there. that raises the death toll to 12in more than 100 people have gotten sick nationwide. outbreak spread to 10 states including here in maryland where one person has died. the meningitis outbreak has been linked to tainted steroid shots for back pain. it was made by a pharmacy in massachusetts and has since recalled all of its products. now 75 medical facilities in 23 states received the contaminated shots including seven facilities here in maryland. the cdc says as many as 13,000 people could have gotten the tainted shots. linda so, abc2 news. toyota is recalling more than 7 million cars worldwide involving dozens of models produced between 2005 and 2010 including the yaris and corolla and the company says the car has a faulty power window switch. so far there haven't been injuries or accidents reported associated with this. but this is the biggest recall

for the company since 1996. and an important warning. this dealing with counterfeit air bags used in cars during their repairs. sherrie johnson joins us live this morning to tell us what we need to know what's the recall all about? >> reporter: well, we depend on these air bags you know. they save a lot of lives each and every day and today the government is basically warning car owners whose air bags have been replaced in the past three years that dangerous counterfeit bags may have been installed. the national highway traffic safety administration says tens of thousands of car owners may be driving vehicles with counterfeit air bags. some of the counterfeit bags don't inflate properly. and in one case, a counterfeit bag fired shards of plastic and projectiles on impact. they have been made to look like air bags by automaker and include a manufacture are's logo and no deaths or injuries

have been reported. checking out air bags could run from 100 or more and some types of cars have as many as air bags. so car owners basically should check the government website at sapper car.gov or check with your local dealership. make sure that you don't have one of the counterfeit air bags. reporting live in rogers forge, sherrie johnson abc2 news. a man drives to pick -- a pickup truck and slams it into a liquor store. the camera captured and the damage with the wall of the liquor store falling on the store clerk it's hard to believe what the video which we will show you that employee was not seriously hurt. police say that the driver left the scene moments after thatcrash. officers tracked him down a short time later. we will get the video online on abc2news.com. the government is suing wells fargo over allegations ofmortgage fraud. according to them they made reckless fraudulent loans and
