father and i'm taking care of that now, making sured divorce is -- make sure the divorce is together. we've been together for 15 years. so this is the year we're going to do it. >> reporter: in baltimore, jeff hager. >> they must provide their name, address, age, social security number, place of birth and marital status. there's also an $85 fee that has to be paid in cash. now to a really disturbing story where an aide from the maryland school for the death is charged with sexually abusing students there. >> reporter: 37-year-old clarence cepheus taylor of windsor mill is facing three counts of felony sexual abuse of

children. police say the attacks happened between 2008 and 2010 when he worked as an aide at the dorm. taylor is accused of fondling at least three girls over a two-year period. it came to light a few days ago after one of the girls came forward after several years. >> one of the girls realized she may not have been the suspect's only victim. she went to a teacher and reported this had occurred. at that point we launched an investigation and identified two additional victims. >> reporter: they're asking anyone who may have been harmed by taylor to contact the police. taylor remains in custody. in harford county, charging documents show that a 22-year-old edgewood man is accused of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl last month. officials say the girl was taken

to the child advocacy center where she told investigators ryan gram, a man who was helping a father on a remodeling project touched her inappropriately. he is charged with second and third degree sex offenses. an update on the news we delivered this morning. a 62-year-old man was found dead inside his baltimore county home after fire ripped through it in the middle of the night. neighbors came out to show us how bad this fire was. dozens of firefighters came to the home. the two-alarm firer was so -- two alarmer was so powerful. >> no fire hydrants. >> so tankers of water were brought in. two firefighters had to go to

the hospital with non-life-threatening i the man s badly burned in his house has died. ernest was taken to the hospital. he died from carbon monoxide poisoning. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. a recent string of deadly crashes continued. a man was killed when his car hit a utility road. the driver's car rolled over before it hit the pole. he was pronounced dead at the scene. >> continuing coverage on that shooting inside the university of maryland st. joseph's medical center. baltimore county police identified the man they say struggled with an officer as brian dargan. he tried to get the officer's gun away. a shot was fired grazing the

december chill is back with a vengeance. low 40s, mid-30s now. humidity is on the dry side, but, man, what a difference a couple days could make. looks like we may whipsaw back mild before it's all said and done. beautiful finish to the day. it was a thin layer of cloud cover. thin layer. winter sky and beautiful finish to the day on the east side, but it is getting cold out there tonight. no question about that. football forecast. if you're handed -- headed out, temperatures looking good. mid-50s. we may end up closer to 60, depends on if we get the mild air, still tough to say. we'll keep updating that battle of the belt way tonight and through the day tomorrow. temperatures now mid-30s to upper 20s on the ma. the chill is out there. overnight this gets cold has we

drop to freezing by daybreak tomorrow. how about the locales. anne arundel county will have the warmest temps, a decent amount of pretty active weather. then has we take a look, federal hill, close to 50. that chance for scattered showers as we go through the day, especially in the afternoon and evening. the setup, some encreamsed clouds -- increased clouds. showers in western maryland. squeeze play, central maryland how much of a scat -- scattered shower. saturday looks drier and we're going to be back and forth. we're in the cold section of our boundary now. as the two air masses battle it out, maybe this retreats further

south. the cold air is back in on sunday. that's how it looks for the moment. this new cold front approaches. you can see it's sparking snow along the u.s. canadian border. tonight 31, partly cloudy, rather cold. tomorrow we get close to 50. i don't think we'll get there. some spots like southern anne arundel county. 42, mostly cloudy, mild. so, again, the big changes and the outlook, significant warmup for saturday. perhaps the cold air edges back, drops into the upper 50s on sunday. as we look into early next week we think the mild air edges back. the cold air comes in tuesday into wednesday and thursday. so it's back and forth here and, it's tough to say how this pans out. we know tomorrow will be cold. sunday, stay tuned. >> like a roller coaster. >> whether i -- whipsaw.
