the charges. >> she was convicted after lying about gift cards and taking $500 intended for needy families. >> she agreed to contribute 45,000-dollars to charities. one of the people connected to a beating will be sentenced today. >> and she is one of the several people attacking and taunting the victim on the video. three others were arrested. they have been sentenced. the hearing is set for 9:30. he is accused of having sex with a teen that he met at a city school. now they don't know what role shawn nolan held at the middle school. he was temporary contractor and claims that he was the vice principal. he was arrested saying he had a sexual relationship with a

girl. documents indicate she is pregnant with his child. and now it has come to light he worked at hazelwood more than two days even after his arrest. during the meeting parents are not sure what his job was in the first place. >> they are saying he was a monitor. he was not. >> they tonight know what he was. he was allowed complete access to children. >> the school official in charge of the meeting said an investigation into what happened is going on but he could not respond to the parents at the meeting. it feels like we have the stories once a week. here again this morning another talk of disturbing cases of abuse this one at the maryland school for the deaf in howard county. clarence taylor is accused of touching three students, one girl was 10 years old. it happened over a two-year period when taylor was a

overnight doorman. >> there serious charges. we have every reason to believe that there are other victims. >> tail your remains in custody and suspended from his current job. >> man who fired a police officer's gun at a hospital is facing attempted murder charges. the man was at st. josephs medical center when he dried to grab the weapon. he was cuffed when the police say he reached for it and it fired. no one was hurt. police say the man who is burned in a fire at his home on monday has died. the 87-year-old was pulled from his burning home by firefighters and taken to johns hopkins hospital. he died later. the cause of the fire is under investigation. a string of crashes continues in towson. and it happened before 8:00 on prince road yesterday.

the bodies of two girls who disappeared in july have been found. and hunters discovered the bodies of the two girls in a wooded area on wednesday afternoon. they were found about 25-miles from where they were being watched by their grandmother. a gun fight at a home leaves two men dead. police say they were killed at a house where marijuana was

illegally being grown. two intruders tried to take it. they will face charges of growing weed. it is unlikely if he will face charges about the deaths of the intruders. the university of southern mississippi is accusing misusing of fema funds after katrina. and the school should return more than $5 million. they received duplicate grant funding and missing documentation for fees. more than 41 million was given to rebuild after katrina hit the area. the university's executive director agrees that some of the money should be returned. a police officer helped deliver a baby at a wal-mart. matt phelps was working as a security guard. he set up a makeshift delivery room with the help of a firefighter. and a bell ringer held it over
