[ laughter ] this is surveillance video from a gas station in brazil. pay close attention to this group of people in the lower left-hand side. it's not clear from the video what they're doing, but look at what happens here. >> ah! >> was that a flame? >> that was an explosion, but look at the guy that takes off running. >> his hair's on fire. >> he is on fire. >> oh, my goodness. stop, drop and roll, dude! >> don't run! don't run! >> he runs away from where the explosion happens. runs into the store on fire. falls. runs back out of the store where other people come help put out the fire on his back. eventually take his shirt off. there's a third shot and i believe this is the same gip in the middle of the screen with his arms raised. reports say this is a 16-year-old boy that was burned. the fire department in this area believes that they were smoking

a hookah. now, a hookah is a water pipe used for smoking, except with alcohol in it. >> well, that doesn't add up. i mean, that's a dumb move. >> doesn't make any sense, and authorities believe that's why this hookah exploded. this boy did suffer burns to 70% of his body. he's in critical condition because not only did he burn his body and face, also thhis airwa. he needs help to breathe and needs several surgeries to help him recover. a team of tandem parachuters are on their way down attempting to land on a ball field, and there's a light post. >> oh! >> down they come. thankfully, they run into the thing, but don't come down too

clothes, into maria pena's shopping cart, and steals her purse. and walks out of the store with it. >> ah. >> the woman in blue along with her child, she pushes her cart away. they both get into the same suv out in the parking lot and get away before maria even realizes that her purse is gone. >> and inside that purse, $1,500 in cash, credit cards, debit cards, her cell phone, her i.d., all inside of that purse. >> i can't sleep at night. this happened, and i had to do all this work and then thinking about other people. are they doing this before? are they going to do it again? and it's just a mess. >> police are still looking for these people. >> police are still looking for these people, and they've told maria they're not so sure if they will catch them. that's why they put the surveillance video out, hoping someone might recognize either of these two women or the vehicle that they drive away in. >> yeah.

to just click and donate. up to about 1500 pounds in just two days. >> why did you post that photo in the first place? >> i work at a home for disabled and we had a really bad snow day and a couple of us girls had a pretty hard time because we have to get to these people, and i thought, what can i do to cheer them up? >> are you just blown away when suddenly everyone was seeing this photo? were you suddenly embarrassed thinking, oh, my gosh, everybody's seeing me in my underwear. >> my husband came home and did one so i didn't feel so bad. his was a lot worse than mine, and you see the elderly people that have gotten involved. up see the guy with the frying pan, and these are all, like, rched people of the community, and it's just great! i want you to meet a resident at oakland animal services. >> ah. kitty drunk? >> no.

this is flip the cat. now, flip the cat has what's referred to as wobbling kitty syndrome. he has a neurological problem, but that doesn't stop him from playing and chatsi ichasing the >> i wouldn't say, poor little ball. they say usually cats that get this, can compensate. they don't get better or worse, kind of deal with it. and flip is happy. he's a big love bug according to people at the animal services. >> i had no idea that cats might end up having to deal with this. >> is a cat born this way? >> they can be born that way, or it's something they can develop when they're kittens. he is still pretty young. if you look at the facebook page for flip, their resident kitty there. they can sometimes get it in utero or infected with something that leaves them with this. >> seems like an inner ear problem, a balance problem. >> they say the more excited the cat gets, the more they're going

♪ dashcams from russia, snowy road. high speeds. you can guess what's about to happen, but this one's a flurry of incidents. a little truck's going by going a little quick. the snow, you can see, is just whipping across the road. up ahead you start to see the brake lights pop on. some people get the message. others don't. the van slows down, but just gets passed by that car behind, which hits that one, which hits that one -- not over yet. two more. >> oh! geez. >> yikes. right over the median. >> i like how the person with the dashcam just -- >> looks like it. he comes to a slow stop, but a minor pileup in the middle of the road here. if you're involved, awful, but awful, if you're, also, behind this accident. now think about the traffic just building up and backing up? you want to talk about traffic, take a look at this.

again,on a busy russian motorway. no brake lights, but something else. >> whoa! is that a moose? >> in europe, a eurasian elk. he tries to book it out of there. slips and falls. a couple more hind leg burnouts before he just kind of lopes off. the dashcam doesn't show it, but reports say this guy got out of this okay. chilling in a hammock. >> meow. meow! >> what? ♪ ♪ >> meow. >> he calls himself a garage
