travel the outer loop from 95 up to 83. and things will be moving right along here in pikesville. no delays on the beltway traveling the outer loop from 795 down to 70. that stretch will take you 8 minutes and heading downtown the jfx is in great shape. 11 minutes traveling southbound from the beltway all the way downtown to east fayette street. that's a look at your abc2 time safer traffic. now over to you. 6:31. here's -- he was accused of opening fire on the first day of class. and today that suspect will be in court. abc2 news sherrie johnson has more on the story. i know a lot of this is coming down to his age. >> reporter: a big day in court today. 15-year-old robert gladden junior is expected to appear before a judge at -- expected to appear before a judge at 9:30. the hearing will determine whether adult charges will be changed to juvenile charges. he is charged with multiple counts of attempted murder, first degree assault reckless endanger men be a gun violations -- and gun

violations. he is accused of opening fire inside perry hall cafeteria on the first day of school. 17-year-old daniel borowy was severely injured and returned to high school a few weeks ago. due to delays in the juvenile hearing the trial has been rescheduled to february 19th. a baby is dead and her mother charged with the child's death. yesterday afternoon sheriff deputies were called to a hope for a child in cardiac arrest. firefighters tried to revive the 9-month-old selena baldeo but she died at the hospital. her 19-year-old mother is in critical condition. police say she tried to kill herself. we have an update on breaking news we brought you last night at 11. a jogger hit on route 40 in cecil county near jackson station road has died. that person has been identified as anthony marks. he was jogging on the shoulder and wearing a reflective vest when a woman from dundalk veered on the shoulder and hit him. we are told she was questioned

the overnighttime frame be prepared for that. all this is courtesy of the cold front that's going to move through. and behind the cold front we will be dealing with much colder air. so mild today with a high close to 68. get sunshine in here and we will be seeing the 70s. we look outside right now and we can see the clouds but we can see a few peeks of some light out there. so we will see how this turns out as we go throughout the day. but in terms of temperatures, this morning, quite mild. look at the 51 in ellicott sety. manchester at 53. monrovia close to 60. so you know what that means. 54 degrees in stevensville and cambridge at 49. 59 in goldsboro. winds kick up throughout the day and will become breezy. future trend not picking up on anything right now. but look what happens going into 11, that's that heavier rain that's coming through. and that's where the flooding potential is. but gusty winds will be the biggest threat as we go throughout the evening. on the backside snow is out there and 68 for today and i do

believe we will hit 70s in a lot of spots. isolated storms tonight and the 7-day forecast looks like this as the cold air makes its way in but by the superbowl things are drier and we will get sunshine in here. let's get a check of the abc2 timesaver traffic. >> reporter: we have trouble on route 295. we are dealing with a crash on the southbound shoulder at the harbor tunnel throughway. it will be congested from the beltway all the way to 195. and if you heading down to pg county a crash on route 295 shut down the southbound lanes at riverdale road. traffic is diverted onto 410. expect heavy delays. there's a 6-mile backup. 695 is really starting to pick up on the west side. it's going to take you 5 extra minutes to travel the outer loop from 795 down to 70. average speeds clocking in at 27 miles per hour. over in parkville this is wherewhat it looks like at harford road. everything at puddy hill avenue is up a speed. no issues up to towson but a crash on puddy hill at
