if anyone heading downtown for the victory parade you will want to expect congestion, the parade will start at city hall around 10:45, the roads surrounding it will shutdown around 10:30 this morning. this affects commerce, pratt, howard street. baltimore, fayette, all affected for a list of all the closures, always go to abc2news.com, parking will be free at the stadium. if you are traveling through the tunnels, everything is up to speed. no problems through the fort mc henry or harbor. as we look at the west side of the beltway at liberty road, traffic is moving along, no problems getting down to route 40, parkville, the same scenario, here at harford, traffic not too much of it at all. that's a look at your time saver traffic, over to you. the ravens are waking up in charm city, the super bowl champs, landed at bwi yesterday

a boy is waking up with his family after held hostage for a week. >> investigators say their work is far from over, his captor is dead. >> reporter: fife year old e than is doing well, freed from an under ground bunker in alabama, where he was held for nearly a week. >> he is laughing, joking, playing, eating. the things you would expect a normal fife to six year old

hospital as a precaution. parents of a young girl have questions this morning after they say their daughter who has down syndrome came home from school with duct tape on her. the girl is 8 years old. the dad found duct tape wrapped around shoes and ankles, used as form of discipline. he said the bus driver told him his daughter wasn't able to walk to the bus. >> she has down syndrome, she is not in a wheelchair and can walk just find. they had to push her out in a wheelchair because she couldn't walk. >> they took the daughter back to the school and met with the principal and don't know who put the duct tape on her. their daughter can be a handful at times during temper tantrums but says the school has always turned to them if the past. a mother of two has been found dead in turkey. her sons don't know their mother has been killed.

the father will find a way to tell them when he gets home from turkey. last week her husband and brother flew to turkey to search for her body which was found in istanbul. she had a bow blow to the head. officials say 9 people have been arrested in connection with he death. fate of michael johnson, the man accused of murdering felecia barns is in the hands of the jury. jurors got the case after the defense called a witness. ion son is accused of killing the income north carolina teenager in 2010. the state says johnson killed barns and put her body in a cop tape expe dumped it in the susquehanna river. lawyers exist the state never gave a motive.
