>> kids in school and people welcome home the baltimore ravens. a stabbing of three that leaves one person dead. and what you need to know so you don't get scammed. we're learning more about that deadly stabbing from nine blocks from m&t bank stadium this afternoon. now we're learning from police it was a teenager that died during the brawl that happened at howard and fayette streets about 1:30 this afternoon. it started off as an argument. another teenager is in critical condition. the third victim is in serious condition. they are trying to track down the suspect. the jury in the phylicia barnes murder trial went home today but not before asking to

go to the videotape. brian kuebler is live downtown with what piece of evidence they were looking for. >> reporter: kelly, deliberations will go into its third day as the judge sent the jury home since we saw you at 5:00. before they broke jurors asked to see video of michael johnson buying that blue tote in question and the other was the sex video. the sex video depicts phylicia barnes, her sister deena barnes, michael johnson and his brother. what it means, that the jury asked to see it again is anybody's guess. it was, however, the first time anyone heard from the jury. meanwhile, members of both families remain in the hallways waiting for word. phylicia's father remains

temperatures to slowly fall to freezing. anything falling shouldn't create icy conditions. by 7:00 tomorrow morning in the upper 20s, cold start. the question is will the sun come back. will temperatures move back to more seasonable levels. we got the answer straight ahead. a wild lake high school student has been charged with raping one of the classmates. how it happened at the school in columbia. they charged 17-year-old deshawn jones, a student with second degree rape of a 14-year-old girl. >> the two met in the hallway at some point and agreed to cut class together. they walked through the hallway. at some point he allegedly grabbed her, pulled her into a classroom, closed the door and wouldn't let her go. >> police said the girl told a friend soon after it happened and reported it to her mother

who called 911. five firefighters hurt in a huge lumber yard fire in west baltimore are resting at home tonight. they were hurt when part of the building collapsed president the fire started last night at 600 pennsylvania avenue. still no word on with caused the four-alarm fire. one bad complaint online can ruin a business. we'll explain how scammers are using bogus online ratings to profit off of business owners. >> anyone trying to get around downtown had to wait in traffic. >> don't think we have enough weather to mess up traffic tonight but we'll have flurry action and when the sun will be back. it's straight ahead.

surface temperatures are above freezing. getting a little burst of precipitation, not much. anything that falls should not create icy conditions. take you into baltimore. current conditions are dry for the moment but they will be changing as we go forward in time. look at bel air. you can see a cloudy scenario and then a little bit of shower activity, especially east of bel air. dundalk it was cloudy all day long, gray conditions, kind of an ugly day. the ravens were looking good. so that was the main thing today. anyway, you couldn't buy sunshine today. tomorrow, that will begin to change. 35 at bwi as they have the lights on out there at cop pin state. temperatures in the mid-30s to upper 30s. freezing in western maryland.

for now conditions should be safely ice free on the roads. conditions likely to change as we go through the overnight. highs did reach the upper 30s. i think tomorrow we have a shot at 40 degrees. most of the day we should be in the 30s on the unseasonably cold side. that will last as we go into thursday. no significant warmup on tap until the second half of the weekend when we'll finally break through the mid to upper 40s and get to 50. here we go, cloudy conditions tonight. a few additional showers will be possible and then i'd say the next three to four hours toward mid-night. after that we dry out. sunshine breaks out later through the day. then has we go beyond that -- as we go beyond that clouding up. our next weather maker will come in as a rain maker. though, it may start off as a wintry mix early friday morning.

the friday morning commute could be impacted by that. temperatures now, you see, we're still in that cold wedge across the mid-atlantic. can't seem to get that mild hair to push. we don't expect it to make it until sunday into monday. in the meantime, tonight very, very weak disturbance moving offshore. high pressure replaces that system as we go into wednesday. so sunshine plate in the delay. sun is to start thursday. friday, here's that rain system. early friday morning like two, 3:00, 4:00, it may start off as snow. tonight flurries ending what few flurries we have. tomorrow 42. sun and clouds, seasonable and a few clouds in the mix. the next few days, temperatures struggling to get to 40. milder and breezier. that may start off as a brief wintry mix early friday morning. then as we go into the weekend you see temperatures rebounding. we're back close to 50 on
