funeral. and steven rain will be remembered. he was a standout student who graduated from howard county. and another roommate was shot in the leg and is out of the hospital. he survived it but the shooter was a student a grade what the student in addition to shooting the two he killed himself after the murder. no word on the cause of a fire yesterday at a house on law street which runs parallel to 40. after 10 a.m. the fire started on the second floor of a two story home. the smoke alarms were not working at the time and with the units arrived they found the mother and the children age 4 and 2 had made it outside but both, all three, remember had the sustained burns. 5:33. and two fifth grader recent facing charges for plotting to kill a classmate. it is disturbing. they reveal they were planning to attack for some time.

a fourth grilledder spoke up after seeing a life in one of the children's backpacks and asked about the plot. a boy said, quote, i was going to kill her with the life. the other was supposed to use the gun to keep anyone from trying to stop me or mess up our plan. they targeted a student because, quote, she is rude and makes fun of me and my friends. the boys are due in court next week. a store clerk defends himself with a sword when the store gets robbed. and in the camera can you see the whole thing happened. can you see he is pulling a large sword from behind the counter. a four foot sword that he kept for a good reason. in that confrontation here the suspect had a knife but that did not stop him, he punched him even as he was being stabbed. the suspect got away. a catholic youth football league in philadelphia is now in the middle of a real controversy. >> after allowing an 11-year- old to participate for five years, the archdiocese has now
