>> oh, my gosh. >> this is delicious. i want to warn you before i play you this video, this is tough to watch for many people. what you're seeing here is a video coming to us out of russia that people are calling extreme baby yoga. this video was posted to facebook, and it's been popping up and shared everywhere. it's creating outrage. as you can see in the video, what this woman is doing is swinging this child back and forth and around and this is a child that you can tell from the video is only a few months old. listen to this video. the thing that's so upsetting, this is becoming more and more of a trend. it's actually something that's not new in russia. a couple years ago, gawker had

the story of lena who brought extreme baby yoga to the forefront. that brought with it a lot of controversy. people are crying out against these videos and want them removed from the internet. >> what's amazing to me that anyone would be so foolish as to fall into this trap and subject their child to this type of abuse. >> if that woman was doing that in front of the police station, they would arrest her. >> some people believe the extreme baby yoga will increase blood flow to the joints, make the child grow bigger. they say it's good for muscular and skeletal problems. >> where are the studies on that? show me the research on that and the numbers on that. to me, this looks abusive. scariest part is that this is a trend, an increasing trend which is terrifying. ladies, next time you get a flat tire, don't bother calling aaa or your husbands or boyfriend. this is how you do it.

you don't even need a jack. these guys managed to get a small sedan up on two wheels, balance it there, then the dude begins to undo the lug nuts on the left rear wheel. >> what's impressive is he do it with his bare hands. >> he takes off the rear wheel, brings it in, closes the door. hey, look ma, no hands. >> does he put another tire on so the car can land or is it still going on two wheels? >> eventually the guy ducks back n opens the door, pulls out the wheel, throws it back on and puts the lug nuts back on the wheel. impressive any day of the week. >> try that 007. >> the guy driving trying to keep it balanced has this guy moving around, changing the balance of the car. the tire comes off, that changes the weight distribution show. >> the guy hanging out changing the tire, you would think the weight of his body would be
