start off by looking at some of the beautiful conditions on this holiday, hope you had the day off. hardly a cloud in the sky. a few clouds coming in late in the day. havre de grace on the susquehanna river. not the wild winds we had to deal with on sunday. less brutal. cold day but a sunny one and days getting longer and longer as we work into the end of the february season. take a look at the conditions at bwi. we've got the temperature right around 40 degrees. winds are southwesterly. temperatures are pretty normal

today. winds out of the south. that's going to help move temperatures up a little bit tomorrow as we get into the brief southerly flow. then the cold air comes in toward mid-week. temperatures are right in that average rang of 40. 37 easton. looking at tomorrow, it depends where you're watching from. around central maryland rain showers more thannian thing coming in late morning. temperatures will go into the upper 40s. and then clearing and breezy, 47 or so in essex, but that will be a different story as you go further west, howard county to the west as we look toward glen el, perhaps an icy mix at daybreak and changing over quickly to rain showers. that's going to be the story for us across the area. you see temperatures bumping up. we could touch 50 or so in laurel. clouds beginning to edge their way. the main system will not get lear until late morning.

as we look at the setup trend wise, you can see the front. stop at 9:00 in the morning, some snows out in the mountains from hagerstown westward, and then a brief mix mainly west of baltimore on the front edge before it changes around midday and then the rain clearing out as we go into tomorrow evening and wednesday looks clear. this will be colder and windier. in terms of real easing concerns, that's mainly doing to be for allegany and garrett county. it will create the icy scenario tomorrow. it won't get into central maryland in time to create much. then we feel the cold air arriving tomorrow night into wednesday, so definitely don't get too used to that brief mild shot with the rain coming. the front continues to march into the state, a brief mild shot as we've been talking about

down syndrome. we love these kids and we left families and obviously, taking care of the heart disease is one part of taking care of the whole child and the whole family. >> you get diagnosis. you're a parent, maybe a new parent. are these children living into adult hood? >> many of them are. the current estimates are that 58% of the people -- 85% of the people born with congenital heart disease will live into their later years. nearly half with congenital heart disease are currently adults, so people are living longer. the most important message to adults with congenital heart disease is stay in care. one problem that adults with congenital heart disease frequently encounter is they believe their heart disease has been fixed, so they stop seeing the congenital cardiologist. at the university of maryland medical center in the heart center we have many specialists or quite expert in taking care
