time save traffic. megan and charlie to you >> this morning, a baltimore county woman is recovering after an attack that happened with her own dog. >> police say it started inside as the woman that lived there struggled to get out and the pitbull followed her she escaped locking herself in a pickup truck in the drive way. the pitbull ran down north point road. police had to use a reverse 9-1- 1 system notifying everybody that lived in that area. >> it was a high priority and a concern of the police department to alert the neighbors in that area and make sure we could locate the pitbulls as soon as possible with the possibility of them injuries someone else. >> hours later, they were found near north point state park and shot and killed the dog that attacked the woman and took the other dog toen a mal control. the victim's injuries are serious, but police expect her

administration where there will be a meeting at 10:00 to talk to employees about how those cuts could affect them here's a breakdown of how those cuts could affect marylanders. maryland will lose approximately $14.4 million in funding for primary and secondary education, putting around 200 teachers and aide jobs at risk. work study jobs, 770 fewer low- income students in maryland will receive aide to help them finance the cost of college 440 fewer students will get work study jobs that help them pay for college. head start and early head start services would be eliminated for approximately 800 children in maryland. as for military readiness. nearly 46,000 civilian and defense employees will be

good morning darlington, 27 degrees. this is what future trend looks like. it's nice this morning and then we'll begin to see some change in the forecast as we head into tuesday. now, look at the time line on tuesday. this model picking up tuesday afternoon. the rain beginning to push in. if this pushes in earlier, we will be dealing with a wintery mix. sleet, snow, freezing rain, all mixes together. now, this goes back into motion. we'll still have lingering rainshowers across the area through the next couple of days, meaning wednesday and thursday, but for today, 47 degrees. nice and seasonable. get out there and enjoy, change is coming to the forecast that will last for awhile. 31 degrees by tonight with increasing clouds, 45 degrees and breezy to go with the rain and possibly the wintery mix in the morning. this is what i'm talking about on wednesday and thursday as we have showers and dry back out
