conditions will remain live at parkville. no delays on the inner loop to 95. and that outer loop will take 11 minutes from 95 to 83. some of your top stories. police are looking into an incident involving cross dressing robbers. >> men dressing like women that try to throw off people. he says he was loading his car when he thought teenage girls attacked him. the president of the mount vernon association says cross dressing men with pepper spray has become more common in that area. >> we are aware there have been a couple of incidents in the neighborhood. we are working very closely with our our systems on parole group. >> a property owner sent out a letter to the people living there saying there have been similar attacks.

>> every officer and employee at the baltimore city detention center is under scrutiny after the recent corruption scandal involving the prison gang. the department of corrections issued polygraph tests to administrators. beginning today those test wills expand to the rest of the correctional officers at the facility. 13 guards were indicted, four of them impregnated by the same gang member, also an inmate. it appears some of the indicted officers acted well outside the scope of their authority. >> these 13 correctional officers that are being charged are small, small, small percentage of bad apples. i believe the buck doesn't stop with these 13 that's been indicted. >> the officers also accused of smuggling drugs and cell cell phones into that jail, and governor martin o'malley is commenting on the school dan.

abc2 linda so is here with more on the health stories. we are likely to hear from those for and against the decision. >> especially if you're a parent with a young teen daughter. the fda has approved the morning after pill for girls 15 and older without a prescription. you'll soon be able to buy the plan b one step emergency contraception pill over the counter and off the shelf as long as you're 15 years old. it's available for girls 17 and older and kept behind the

counters. customers will need to present proof of anal. age. the fda wanted to make it available to all women regardless of age but health and human services secretary overruled her own agency's recommendation and instituted the 17-year-old minimum age requirement. tuesday's decision applies specifically to the plan b one step pill and not to two other drugs made in the u.s. the fda approved it in 1999. we're certainly working for you and want to know exactly what you think about this. new regulations related to the morning after pill. head to our facebook fan page and weigh in. it was a long cold night in

if you're traveling traveling in white marsh no problems on 95. 64 miles per hour along the southbound lanes at route 43 and it will remain in great shape. no problem through the fort mchenry tunnel or the harbor tunnel. for those of you using 695 the west side of the beltway in great shape. nothing to get in your way on the inner loop to 795 and that outer loop will take 12 minutes to travel from 795 to 95 as we head to howard county. no problems if you are heading west out to frederick or east over the beltway. megan and charlie over to you. this is news your children are going to love. for baltimore county school, summer vacation starts four days earlier. the last day of school is june 14th. for high schoolers the last three days of school will be full days instead of half. speaking of getting out of school, today the food service program getting underway in
