jared loughner. this prosthetics company is offering free artificial limbs, if the insurance doesn't cover them. jeff hager has the details. >> reporter: if the insurance covers them at all some will pay out $1,000. the cost for the device can run as much as 100,000. just off the baltimore beltway in a nondescript building a special company helps amputees rebuild their lives. >> this is a similar design. it's a big carbon fiber spring that allows them to propel themself and it doesn't look look a foot. >> reporter: the company is teaming with other prosthetic businesses across the country to provide artificial limbs to those who lost theirs in the
