police-involved shooting. >> an officer is on administrative lever this morning but it began at a motel where the suspect was trying to strike a woman apparently with a mooter scooter in a parking lot. he had an outstanding warrant when police arrived in for failure to appear in a child support case. the suspect was shot after trying to grab the service weapon. $2,000 for information leading to a murder suspect. police believe mayo was involved in the one-year-old killing of a -- carter was killed and his father critically hurt. two men are facing charges. if you have any information about this man, again, rasheed mayo give a call.

flooding. already seeing that across the area this morning. the track of the storm yes it takes it toward us, again making land fall somewhere in florida by this afternoon, this eveningment we will start to see some rain pushing in, but again we do have a system back off toward the west. so the an dwree system is going to -- andrea system is going to interact. the main thing from andrea will come friday. so if you are along the beach area, it is not the best weekend to head to the beach especially on friday because we will see lots of rain across that area, ocean city and satellite and radar picking up on it. this is all associated with a cold front that's going to make its way toward us. but in the meantime today, what are you thinking? >> well, we are try. we have clouds coming in, but we will see showers working in here. i will show you the moisture coming in from the west and from the south.

under a top secret court order the obama administration is collecting the telephone records of millions of verizon customers. the news paper says that the order was granted by the secret foreign intelligence surveillance in aprilment now, it is called for verizon to release records of every phone call made from april to july of is this year both within the united states and between the united states and other countries. attorney general eric holder is set to meet with -- and could face questions about this report. the person for verizon says
