of 95. right now southbound a 7 minute ride from the toll plaza down to the beltway. beltway looking at high speeds. 55 miles per hour on the outer loop at frederick road and 55 miles per hour on the outer loop here at hartford. it will take just 11 minutes from 95. that's your time saver traffic. an encouraging sign of hope in philadelphia. we have the latest on the rescue efforts and what can you tell us. >> reporter: a 61-year-old woman was pulled alive from the rubble. she was buried under bricks more than 12 hours and she was talking to firefighters letting them know she was okay. the woman was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. this morning the search continues for other victims who may still be trapped under a vacant building after demolition that collapsed on to what the salvation army thrift store yesterday. it killed six people and injured more than a dozen others. hundreds of emergency workers are clearing the debris by hand

when i went to the clinic, the nurse told me that it was the result of having had chickenpox. i had never heard of shingles prior to that point and i had always been relatively healthy. the rash, the itching, the burning that i experienced on the side of my neck and my shoulder, i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

well, we do have trouble on route 295. we do have a crash northbound at the beltway. now, if you are heading out to the west side of the beltway, this is a live look at interstate 70. inner loop clear as well as the outer loop. it will take just 12 minutes from 795 down to 95. there are no problems on the beltway. 55 miles per hour on the outer loop, and everything will remain in great shape as we make our way on the harrisburg expressway. traffic is moving right along, not much of it and everything will remain in nice shape as you get on to the jfx. that's your time saver traffic. >> the ravens will get the super bowl rings tomorrow. they got a presidential -- >> yeah, the president took the podium gaving jones props for his miracle touchdown in denver. then he had something for --
