using rescue dogs and thermal equipment to search for victims. >> if anyone else is in that building, they will find them. >> it is very tedious operation. they're taking their time. it is a dangerous environment for our members. >> federal and state investigators are on the scene. the city says the demolition company had proper permits and no distinct safety violations. back to you. we have learned what caused a limo to catch on fire killing five people heading to a bachelor et party. investigators in california determined the air springs in the back of the limo ruptured setting off a domino effect. those hold up the car. if they break the car will drop to the ground. car experts say it can lead to all sorts of problems. >> the car will be jumping like a horse. approximate there's a load it will bottom to the ground. i think that's what will
