airport. the faa is still trying to figure out what set off that fire. the two officers who were killed in that plane crash in ocean city last week will be laid to rest this week. funeral service for 2-year-old josh -- 27-year-old joshua adickes is set. he and thomas geoghan were killed when their plane went down off the beach. the plane never resurfaced. the wreckage was pulled from the water last week and the ntsb is still investigating trying to determine the cause of the crash. geoghan was piloting the plane. his funeral will be held on friday at the evangelical presbyterian church in annapolis and a second one in ocean pines on saturday. a volatile situation is making it impossible to search in this weekend's deadly train disaster in quebec. the company that runs this believes a le comotive shutdown might have released the train's

passenger. the train broke down on the track on its way to richmond about 5 yesterday and didn't make it there until 7:00 this morning. officials said an axle was the blame but there were 260 passengers on the train and the policy doesn't allow them to leave the train while stranded in between stations. we have pan update on the death of sabriya towels. she is the 16-month-old left in a hot car in lansdowne. the death was called hyper thermia. the death was ruled accidental. a relative was supposed to drop her off at child care. instead, help went home -- he went home, went to sleep and didn't discover the girl until hours later when he went back to the truck to pick her up. now unfortunate incidents like this are not uncommon.

caught on camera. a security camera shows the very moment a michigan home exploded with a 6-month-old baby and two dogs inside. moments after the blast neighbors can be seen rung toward the home to look for survivors. >> then we see a guy come out. his pants were blew off of him and the house was starting to be on flames. >> all three people survived the station. sister station wxyz believes the explosion is suspicious but the case is still under investigation. >> jaws has nothing on this guy. cameras were rolling as a suffer with too much curiosity for his own good swam over to a giant whale. the whale ended up swinging his tail up, knocking the surfer off the board and knocking him out. >> i was probably the closest person to it and the whale came to the right of me and that's

numerous. it will come am on thursday, but ahead of the boundary pop-up showers. more active. here's our cold frontal boundary. it will be a slow mover. as a result each day ahead of that slow moving boundary more showers and storms popping up and that steamy air. so watching for an active storm pattern. we got one area of interest off the florida coast right now. that's an ominous look. then we have the named storm in tropical storm chantal and chantal with winds of 45 miles an hour still over 2,000 miles from miami, but we will be tracking chantal in detail because the track does take her eventually up into the east coast of florida and perhaps beyond. so all eyes on chantal. tonight 72, stays sticky, 88, hot and humid and still see

what is this thing. it was a funnel cloud. this moves into the bay just to the east of havre de grace. look at another shot. this shows this beginning to touch the water. when you she it touch the water, that's when you have an official water spout. what is a water spout? when you get the temperatures on the bay, you get a developing thunder head -- thunderstorm overhead. you get this sinking and rising air. usually you see the cloud lower and then you get a water spout. that was the deal, a wild scene up toward cecil county. we have more on abc2news.com. we'll talk more about the weather coming up. the prosecution has rested. now it's george zimmerman's attorney's turn to convince the jury his client did not deserve to go to jail. marcy done discal lez --
