milan. this weekend the was right here in baltimore. fashion from all over the country were front and center for the sixth annual fashion week in pikesville. not only do the artest and designers have the chance to show off their talents, it is enough to give back. it raises money for scholarships and for young designers we'll keep an eye out for in the future. take a look. showing us a blend of sunshine and clouds today, below average temperatures. it struggled to get into the 80s today. here is a shot. that did not stop the crowd along the beachfront. last couple of weeks they are going back to school. here is a shot downtown right now. looking good. feeling good. 82degrees. the dewpoints are all ready declining.

humid conditions. there is nothing going on in central maryland right now. this will move into harrisburg so most of the action stays north of the pennsylvania line for tonight. you see how there is a front on top of us? this means it is separating cooler dryer air to the north and muggy air to the south and this will slide to the north. this will be the focus of a couple scattered storms and showers tomorrow. look at these humidity values. 78-degree dewpoint right now in hat terrace. that is moving south to north. this weekend pretty comfortable weather the dewpoints around 67. it will change by monday and tuesday afternoon. isolated shower. mixture of sunshine and clouds. the bigger deal is going to come on your day on tuesday. if there is a not system at the lakes, that will slide to the south and east and bring a heavy rain scenario.

you know there are so many things that make our school stand out, but i would say one of the first things people notice when they walk through the doors of the school is just how different the environment is. it is open and it shows the children, it shows their families and it really represents the community. we're trying to get a home-like feel when people walk en so they can feel at ease. >> tell me about the cottages. >> they are unique to the young school. they are if you think of them in a cluster of classrooms and what it does, it really helps with that home-like feel and it gives a child will enter into a cottage with their family and they will grow through there for a number of years, so it is designed to create a smaller community within the school so it feels a little more intimate

with families. >> your materials different than other child care centers. >> they are very different. we have really been influenced and that has opened up, so many world's for us in terms of the types of material we offer to children. the types of materials that they get to use and also how we design our environment. it all works together so children have rich and engaging experiences. >> your philosophy when they head off to the big bad world of kindergarten is. >> we want the big focus is to focus on a very healthy social and emotional development so families really come to us when they are looking for a school that focuses on education but that really pays attention to who their child is and we want those children to go off to kindergarten and be confident able to negotiate and enter
