was arrested without incident. and the mall robbery comes after the biggest kickoff shopping week of the year. they are tax free through saturday. it is a perfect time to buy the back to school clothes. >> with school coming up, it is good to save any money we can. i know that clothing under $100 is included starting today so that is why we came out. left the husband at home to do a little girl shopping. they crunched the numbers. the average family will spend more than $600 on back to school shopping and the biggest chunk of cash will go for clothes for the school year. the ravens added another wide receiver to the roster. brandon stokley was drafted by the team and helped the ravens

humid conditions. there is nothing going on in central maryland right now. this will move into harrisburg so most of the action stays north of the pennsylvania line for tonight. you see how there is a front on top of us? this means it is separating cooler dryer air to the north and muggy air to the south and this will slide to the north. this will be the focus of a couple scattered storms and showers tomorrow. look at these humidity values. 78-degree dewpoint right now in hat terrace. that is moving south to north. this weekend pretty comfortable weather the dewpoints around 67. it will change by monday and tuesday afternoon. isolated shower. mixture of sunshine and clouds. the bigger deal is going to come on your day on tuesday. if there is a not system at the lakes, that will slide to the south and east and bring a heavy rain scenario.

below average temperatures will follow by wednesday and thursday. monday and tuesday ugly. then by wednesday thursday, a lot better feeling. 82 in town right now. 84 in richmond. this is the soupy air on top of us now, but that will move in by wednesday. by the way, we're going to look at the tropics at 11:00. there is a huge wave off africa we'll address coming up. you may see a couple shooting stars from the meteor shower tonight. there could be a thunderstorm monday night with a temperature of 71. for the seven-day forecast. muggy. monday and tuesday we'll have to deal with it. it is drier by wednesday and thursday, below average temperatures. the temperatures that are into the 80s. what was that look you just shot? >> deal with it. >> if i could make weather, i would be in a yacht in the bay.

with families. >> your materials different than other child care centers. >> they are very different. we have really been influenced and that has opened up, so many world's for us in terms of the types of material we offer to children. the types of materials that they get to use and also how we design our environment. it all works together so children have rich and engaging experiences. >> your philosophy when they head off to the big bad world of kindergarten is. >> we want the big focus is to focus on a very healthy social and emotional development so families really come to us when they are looking for a school that focuses on education but that really pays attention to who their child is and we want those children to go off to kindergarten and be confident able to negotiate and enter
