involved shooting a father in agony speaks to abc2 news. it started as a snowball stand and roosevelt leftwich is here with the latest. what happened. >> reporter: well, this startedvery, very late saturday night. at this point, authorities are still trying to figure out acts lid what -- acts lid -- exactly what happened but this is what we know so far. on saturday evening the sheriff office got calls from a business that a man was tearing up the place. they say 19-year-old seth beckman stormed into the businesses near route 24 and red pump road in forest hills. seth beckman wrecked the 7- eleven and punched a teenage outside the store and wrecked a bp gas station and sharon snowball stand. cell phone video from the snowball stand shows the damage. >> it took several hours to get that crap off the floor. and i am thank it will my cousin helped me repair the doors to secure the building. >> as suspect exists there's confrontation between deputy

>> good morning. it will --we will take you to towson. a lot of clouds get used to this shot. we have temperatures at 63 at the airport. dew points on the threshold but that will start to rise as we get into the day tomorrow. and it's a calm wind at bay water temperatures at 78. most of our numbers are into the upper 50s north and west of the beltway. inside the beltway getting out along 95 and temperatures range between -- rain between 63 and 69. low visible to the north and west. we find fog from woodbine to frederick and hagerstown and further west into the valleys where it dips down the road, that's where you will find some fog this morning. otherwise there's lots of clouds. maryland's most powerful has showers well south of the city. some of the showers will work in as we get into the day today. while it's 63 here in baltimore going down to the south there is heat starting to bubble up from nashville towards parts of atlanta. temperatures into the 70s dew points are starting to climb. so today's a comfortable day below average temperature wise. but here come the heat and

humidity as we get into the workweek. so 79 today here in town and going towards cincinnati to 85. 88 in st. louis and that's the heat that's going to start to push towards the north and east. and right now, it's over the ohio valley and getting into the tennessee valley and it's slowly going to work its way up towards maryland as we get into the day on tuesday and as we go into wednesday and thursday and friday. we are talking about average temperatures to above average temperatures with most of the readings this week coming close to 90. also going to be dealing with the high humidity. some of the real feel numbers could come close to 95 degrees in downtown baltimore. it's 80 in town today. sunshine and clouds we do think clouds will win out. some spotty showers will develop after one. and we will guarantee a 2 degree around 80. the pair of 6s for tonight patchy fog will develop and tomorrow afternoon some kind of wonderful lauren cook. 88 degrees. lots of sunshine. and the muggy air is with us through the midweek and a couple scattered showers by thursday. so if you have the planner out just mark it down thursday

terrible fire season with a drought that covers most of the west then these lightning storms that touch off those fires that burn so hot they can take 30,000 acres down in one day. we've got hundreds of thousands of acres burning in the west. this is just one of the latest pictures of the swirl, that whirl of fire off to the side sitting on the side of a mountain. again, creates its own environment, creates its own winds and heat feeds on itself and just runs completely out of control. look how many fires are burning, 35 large uncontained fires are burning in the west right now. idaho is kind of the heart of this where the drought has been and the heat has been and will continue. our aditi roy is in ketchum this morning with some of those pictures. good morning, aditi. >> reporter: good morning, sam. we are about five miles from the fire. the air is thick and smoky here and there's a massive show of manpower and equipment including these national guard troops here with their armored humvees to make sure people stay out of the evacuated areas.
