these machines in a ring around baltimore at malls in baltimore county and anne arundel county, and that these machines have come in at the same time that we're seeing the spike, that seems more than coincidence. >> reporter: in order to give his bill more teeth, the councilman decided to float the ban to the surrounding counties. there's enough interest in and around the beltway that representatives from eco atm traveled from san diego to address the baltimore city council. >> the immediate reaction is let's work with them. we have a long standing commitment of working with law enforcement. >> reporter: that includes telling them about eco's security measures. if you use the machine you must be over 18, submit a valid i.d. along with a thumb present l--- thumb print as well as being monitored in real time.

it's the south breeze that will continue to crank the humidity a little bit higher. one of the differences you felt was the increase in humidity. tomorrow we'll look for temperatures to ramp up in the city back to 90 degrees in spots. upper eat late it near 90. take a look at the future trend setup. what i look for is this mix of sun and clouds tomorrow. the next chance for rain will come with a boundary sinking out of the north that will eventually drop temps, but it will spark a scattering of showers on your thursday evening. that's around 6:00. so maybe the outdoor dinner, you have to watch out for hit and miss showers. sunshine dominating the north. across the u.s., it's the carolinas through virginia. frontal boundary does keep the clouds active, does keep the threat for a shower. we think that beard-- boundary stays to the south.
