on the news at six which starts right now. >> the shark -- who ate a shark. crazy. >> we start with new developments. driver error appears to be the cause in the crash that claimed the life of an assistant coach. >> the 50-year-old patricia cub cunningham was riding her bike when she was hit. >> reporter: you can see where people have left flowers in memory of cunningham. if you stop along the road to view them you do so at your own risk. the accident happened at the peak of this blind hill on the narrow two lane road with no shoulder. it's bordered by a 12 football bank. >> appears the she was in the travel portion of the road at the time the car was in the rear. some some point tried to make a unsafe pass and it looks like the pass took place and it was contact made leading to the bicyclist being injured and
