in time with severe injuries and illnesses so they can benefit from them. at live desk 18 is a number of women who come forward with accusations sexual and workplace harassment against san diego mayor bob filner. after more than a month of denying fighting and therapy it appears the inevitable may be reality. filner will resign as part of the deal to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit. multiple sources say he will step down after a proposed settlement is discussed during a closed-door city council session later today. this is where it gets sticky because in exchange for the resignation the city of san diego will reportedly pay some if not all of filner's share of the damages awarded in the lawsuits. at least 18 women have come forward accusing him a democrat and former member of congress of-appropriate behavior. he apologized and went throughtwo weeks of therapy. the 70-year-old filner served in congress for 10 terms until

running with the bulls requires a trip to spain but this weekend, the great bull run is happening here in the united states. it's the first ever event that's going to be held in virginia near richmond happening tomorrow. promoters expect 8,000 people to show up and believe half will be attending the other half will be watching. so they are going to be running with the bulls in virginia and we will see how it goes. lynette are you up for that. >> i will be watching. all right. 86 degrees is the temperature for this afternoon. partly cloudy and we will have a chance for an isolated to scattered shower or storm for today. and if you are heading out to the game it should be dry by that time. that cold front should be through. temperatures at 81 as we take on the a's at 7:05. and if you are headed to the beach, we like this right.

second person is behind bars charged with the murder of a man in rogers forge. police arrested charles jackson yesterday at his place of business donte stevens was shot several times while driving there last month. they found him dead inside his car. another man dante woods has been charged in the murder in this case. the attention on the bradley manning case shifted from the conviction now to his confession. the army private says he wants to be a woman. and he will go by the name chelsea and wants to begin

photo we want to see it. plenty of sunshine conditions by next week. let's check the traffic with lauren. >> reporter: well, we are dealing with a major disruption to light rail service. if you are traveling between timonium and hunt valley, be aware a bus bridge is in place. it's due to utility work that's blocking turn lanes in both directions. something to be aware of. leave yourself plenty of time. 83 is nice and clear. no delays from shawan to 695. the jfx is in great shape and heading over to harford county this is what 95 looks like at route 24. traffic will remain up to speed as you make the push down to the harbor tunnel throughway. look at the drive times. green across the board from the throughway down to the fort mchenry tunnel toll plaza. a typical 6 minute ride. we will remain in the green on 695 traveling the east side outer loop from 95 all the way up to 83 taking 11 minutes. no delays on the outer loop at the weave side and the inner loop-- west side and inner loop 8 minutes from 795 up to 83.
