underscore alerts. authorities have released the timeline for the shooting rampage at washington navy yard. investigators say aaron alexis carried out the massacre in building 197. that's after 8 in the morning on monday. they say alexis fired the first shots on the 4th floor by 8:12. first responders arrived at the scene 20 minutes after 8 and then a gun battle began with alexis. he was pronounced dead at 9:30 in the morning. 12 people lost their lives including a man from westminster. if you didn't know gregory hudnet his days as a firefighter or his charity work or possibly his dedication to the ravens. but this morning, the man known as the baltimore birdman is getting attention for something disgusting accused of abusing a member of his family a minor several years ago. police say the victim was a young teenager when the abuse began and is now over 18 years old. at the time, hudnet was a
