didn't have their smart phones. this video of a florida school bus driver texting with one hand on the wheel. he's driving a bus, everybody. he was recorded by a student hop went right home to mom and showed it. what did mom do? she wasn't happy. the bus was packed with middle schoolers at the time. >> not only are they going to kill the driver but the children on this bus. >> venus took the video to school. the school said the driver clearly violated policy. you think? but they have not said she will be fired. >> investigators don't believe this crash was cause bid texting. this bus was full of students when this overturned sending eight kids to the hospital. the driver swerved in front of the bus going in the opposite direction. >> you hear your daughter. so we just -- did what we needed to do and got here as soon as

possible. >> the driver of the suv was cited for the crash. the houston police chief was behind the whole of this black suv making a lefthand turn when he hit a man crossing the street, sending him flying. people walking by saw the whole thing and rushed over to help. luckily the man, well, he was hit and only suffered a broken arm. that's it. >> to his credit, the off duty officer would normally get written reprimand but the chief is rep -- reprimanding himself without pay. lots of blue sky. it's a pretty evening. we're talking clear skies. that's going to change by tomorrow. double sevens at the airport. it's still at that comfortable threshold. a stickier feel.

around cumberland. there are some showers. none of this makes it into the city. high pressure has been built in the last several days. it's starting to erode and push toward the east. that will allow the moisture to come in the form of a cold front as we go into the day tomorrow. there's one difference with the front in comparison to your average cold front. we're starting to get moisture coming up out of the south. there's been a low sitting over the gulf of mexico and bay of campeche. here's the moisture kind of getting into the cold front. we see downpours as part of the forecast tomorrow. so while we're into the 70s and 80s in northern virginia, there is some cool weather from church hill. some of it comes on the back side of the front. by next week it's going to be below average. tonight it's mild, 50s, low 60s.

through next friday sunny. threw a couple clouds in there. there's nothing going on. >> a bad roulette whole. 70s. thank you, sir. all right, kelly. they're calling it the biggest phone scam of 2013. apparently it's so sophisticated that even savvy people are falling for it. consumer reporter john matarese warns us so you do wheaft your money. >> computer security firms are warning about a microsoft tech support scam. this cold calling scam first surfaced a couple years ago but microsoft said people are getting scammed by it every day. one victim showed us how easy it is to full for. jim had problems with his computer. so he was relieved when the phone rang and he said i'm with microsoft support. >> he said i'm from microsoft and we have noticed that you

have had a lot -- are a having a lot of virus issues. >> reporter: the call are said microsoft through a routine scan found the pc filled with viruses. >> i was gullible and he could show me where the viruses were, so i let him take cell of the mouse. >> reporter: he said man directed him to a page on his laptop that appeared to show this everyone with viruses. he said he could retomorrow for $100 on a credit card. but he got suspicious and good thing. this was all a scam. as we first reported last career, the errors they show you are not viruses. >> they're calling about windows errors. yfer one has windows errors. >> reporter: one of the customers paid hundreds to remove the nonexistent viruses. >> she spent an hour on the phone. at the end they told him they were going to charge him $300.

are have pet bulls in public housing, despite no record of aggression. the family was forced to give them up in barks. >> we're told he was up in tears. he was crying. they're his family members, and he was forced to give them away. >> reporter: the owner isn't the only one crying. these two pups have no idea what happened and the staff here at barks is letting them stay together in an office instead of kennel. since the breed specific ruling, barks has taken in well more than 100 of the cases. a small percentage are successfully adopted. but barks is looking to avoid the late -- latter two options, perhaps a more dignified end. >> we're looking for someone who will take them in for the remainder of their lives. they're healthy dogs considering
