he is accused of killing his wife. dr. cline in april who is a graduate from st. paul school for girls. two men accused of plotting to derail a passenger train are scheduled to appear in supreme court. officials are saying the suspects had planed to attack the train between montrial and new york city. they believe it would have been carried out in the canadian side of the border. a high school will have british dignitaries on-campus today. representatives from the parade in london will be at the school. the marching band will be invited to london to take part in a 2015 new year's day parade and fastical. it is the largest of it kind in the world. in washington the president

and first lady were among the 3,000 who gathered to remember the victims of last week's deadly shooting at the navy yard. the extents of loss extending beyond the navy yard to the redskins game they had a moment of silence for the 12 people killed and eight others wounded. when aaron alexis opened fire in the building. >> we cannot begin to comprehend your loss. we know that no words we off today are equal to the magnitude, to the depths of that loss. but we come together as a grateful nation to honor your loved ones. to grieve with you. and to offers a best we can some solus and some comfort.

at the live desk this morning. a deadly attack at a shopping mall in kenya, 60 people are dead and 175 injured. the kennian army is reporting progress in a major push to flush out the airtrust inside of the shopping mall. they had ties to al-qaeda and claimed yesterday. the gunman, members of the awl schwabler stormed on sunday. the kenyan military is saying most of the hostages have been released. and military forces have control of the building.

however, the "ap" is reporting gun fire is coming from inside of the complex this morning. the trial of the costa concordia cap hundred resumes today in itsally. francisco is facing charges. the trial is expected to continue through the next two months. engineers were able to right the ship up last week. it took a long time, but they did it. happening right now, the death toll in the widespread flooding in mexico stands at 115. dozens are still missing. three storms, including a hurricane and tropical storm have battered the country in the past week. torrential rains triggered mudslides, washed out roadways and caused rivers to overthrow their banks. all right. here at home, we're watching not a lot with the rainfall. we did get rain over the weekend. right now things are much drier. through the rest of the day

around the national, family tragedy in texas to tell you about this morning. police are saying, five people, including three children were found dead inside of a house. it happened 40 miles south of dallas. police are saying the man called 9-1-1 saturday night telling dispatchers several people of his family was dead. emergency crews found the bodies of two adults and three children. police are not saying if this is a murder-suicide information. they will release more

information. a huge brawl shdown a course house this weekend. family and friends of a victim of a murder suspect started arguing. four people were hurt, include two court officers. several people were arrested as a result. all right. this morning it will be a chilly start for that. make sure that you have a jacket or sweater on them, they are really going to need that. as they come home from school, nice and mild out there. temperatures below average, 69 degrees. through the rest of the overnight time frame, well, we are going to be very clear and very chilly and seasonable chilly. the temperature coming in hander 44 degrees. then we work towards tomorrow. the temperature is at 72 degrees. and sunshine in the forecast again. mild and the seven-day forecast looks like this as we head towards wednesday, seasonable. a warmup towards the end of the week. a check of the traffic with mike. good morning.

with their grandparents. this morning u.s. navy helicopter crashed into the red sea. three aborted the aircraft were in stable condition. but two more are missing. they are searching for the remaining crew members. navy officers are saying the crash was not the result of hostile activity, but the cause is under investigation. right now police in baltimore county are looking for clues on a man who was shot and killed on sunday morning. jeff is standing by with the latest. what can you tell us? >> reporter: well, it will be very different for a rosedale family. it appears balancing their grief with having to make funeral arrangements. before 3:00 a.m. on sunday morning and neighbors report hearing five gunshots outside of this home in rosedale. we spoke
