today the family tries to balance the brief with losing a husband and father and his funeral arrangements. before 3:00 a.m. on sunday morning and neighbors report hearing five gunshots outside of this home at alder burg count. we spoke with baltimore county police on what they found when officers arrived at the scene. >> when officers arrived on the scene, an adult man was shot multiple times. he was declared decease at the zoom. the victim was standing inside of his home and shot multiple times by a september who was standing outside of the home. >> now, the victim has been identified as 44-year-old david dave wutoh. neighbors are saying there was a suspicious man early the
