a highway makes the perfect roadway for a small plane. it experienced mechanical problems in downtown chicago. two cars clipped the plane's left wing. no one was hurt and traffic returned to normal within two hours. things are getting bad in southern maryland. this is video out of charles county. she captured planes and bats. at times it looked more like a sunset it was so full. imagine looking out your window to this monday morning wakeup call. police said this moose has been hanging around one colorado neighborhood for a couple weeks. colorado parks was able to get their hands on it.

background in terms of the treatment. >> thank you for having me on here. it's such an important problem. i'm a vascular surgeon. i was recruited here from new york. what a vascular surgeon does is we take care of blood vessels from head to toe. they wanted me to help give care at midtown campus. it was a three-year process involving a merger between the hospital and the university so we could heighten the care with the already existing practitioners at maryland general hospital so the community could get better care. >> so tell us about the treatment that people receive. >> so we do everything at the midtown campus. we're able to assess the circulation that goes to your legs and upper arms. if you have a wound in those

areas we can assess if there's problems with blood flow and treat it, to maximize blood flow so it can heal. one of the biggest things is whether there's good enough blood flow getting in. that's where i come. i and my partners all come out to the university of maryland medical center and try to help as much as we can. >> is there a dlerches between specialized wound care and physicians who may not be one care certified. >> the biggest thing about people who have been given training, what i call tender loving care. what i found is wound care is bis delivered on a weekly basis, keeping the wounds clean, making sure that everything is right so the environment in which the wound is existing is starting to heal. it's not so much that you see it one day. you need somebody to pay attention to it. >> why is it somhing that
