well, the clock is ticking towards a potential government shut down. now federal workers could be getting verbal furlough notices within the next day and a half. among the programs effected national parks would close, also medical research would be interrupted. then 17 days later the u.s. could default on its loans if congress does not raise the debt ceiling. these are two separate instances. keep that in mind. house republicans say they're willing to raise the debt ceiling but only with a catch. along with doing so they have priorities from the keystone pipeline, tax reform and delaying obamacare by one year. this is a direct challenge to president obama. >> i will not negotiate on
