kevin: really a sharp division from all of the moisture in the north shore, we have the system that moves through on wednesday, a long trend in the carolinas, and farther south, you have the hurricane. that is all what we are tracking right now, and watching the coastline rather quickly. we continue to watch seas running anywhere from six feet to as much as nine feet, coastal flood advisory posted. inland sections -- a study bank of clouds. a few breaks in the overcast as even farther north, but beyond that in the afternoon, we will be seeing a chance of a couple of hours trying to creep into southern areas. this is making a little more of a steady progress farther to the north. for southern areas of the state, there will be the chance as we work our way late this afternoon and this evening for a few areas of rainfall to develop, and that could last several hours, maybe .2 inches of rain during the
