a bomb threat on a plane that was getting ready to take off from logan airport. sean: massachusetts state police say the 55-year-old was on a united airlines flight when he claimed he had a bomb in his tag in front of other passengers. police charged him with making a false bomb threat. he will be arraigned today. erin: a new report is documenting the fatal errors made in the case of a little girl found dead on a beach in massachusetts. the body of two-year-old bella bond was discovered on deer island back in june. an independent investigator found that state social workers failed the little girl when they closed her case in 2013 after receiving reports that her mother was neglecting her. the mother' s boyfriend, michael mccarthy, is charged with her murder. her mother is charged with being an accessory after the fact. her biological father says he is disappointed in the way that his daughter' s case was handled. >> i'

maybe even adding on in some locations a third to an additional half-inch of rain. that will be around during the morning commute. there will be breaks in the overcast back to the west after that. we start off in the 50' s and 60' s. a lot of this warmer air transported northward with what was left of this tropical storm patricia just a week ago. there is a little humidity to go along with it with dew points in the 50' s and 60' s. we will continue to see the warm temperatures around until the front gets here. the cooler air will start to rush in, but not before temperatures go to the lower 70' s this afternoon, maybe as high as 74-95, with a couple of -- 74-75, with a couple breaks of sunshine possible. we all clear out later on this evening after that chance of a couple of thundershowers. overnight, temperatures dip back into the 30'
