m adam sexton minutes ago, the state released it gets -- its sentencing request. while his attorney and his family fights to keep him from having to register as a sex offender. wmur' s ray brewer is live outside the court. ray: owen labrie is looking at the possibility of spending years in prison, and the sexual assaults he has convicted of as part of the game. part of the game includes a papier-ma che slayer mask. the prosecution says i cannot recommend releasing labrie to the community without him participating in a program. facebook messages include disparaging remarks he made about women. the state say in addition, he had previously been involved with his victims sister. the prosecution adding that he

walmart. as police arrested 25-year-old jeremy garcia, they also found him in possession of marijuana, heroin, and xanax. police say he and 20-year-old dominic carrier gave conflicting reports as to why they were in the parking lot. carrier was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. tonight in a news special report, it has been five years since bobbie miller was found shot to death in her gilford home. her family is hoping this billboard offering a $53,000 reward will help find her killer. it has been a hard 5 years for them dealing with her unsolved murder. for the first time, we are hearing from miller' s mother, who says she hopes to some day to see justice for her daughter. madeleine blake: it' s almost like the end of the world for me. they killed the rest of my life. whoever did this did it to the whole family. it ended my life. it did. adam: we take you inside the

s positive parenting, we are talking about healthy snacks for after school. joining us today with some tips is sara oberle from the unh cooperative extension. sara: hi. thank you for having me. adam: it is so easy for kids to read for those chips and cookies. what are some ways to get my kids to choose fruits and vegetables over the chips and cookies? sara: make the healthy choice the easy choice. have the fruits, vegetables, whole wheat crackers front and center. do something as simple as put your fruit in a clear bowl, put it on the countertop, put it on the kitchen table, put it where your kids do homework so when they get home, they see that, that is what they grab. if they' re having things, you want them to have low-fat yogurt or a cheese stick, but that upfront in the refrigerator, push that high process, i sugar, high-fat food in the back, bring the healthy foods, fruits and vegetables of runs, the when they open the refrigerator, it you' re sending with the pantry. push the chips aside and the

adam: nasa astronaut scott kelly made history today breaking the record for the u.s. astronaut. kelly has spent 216 days in orbit. the previous record was 215 days and was set in 2007 by a spanish-american astronaut. kelly has been living on the international space station since march and will return back to earth in march 2016. shot at that point. halloween came a little early for patients at boston' s children' s hospital. players from the boston bruins delivered goodie bags to children dressed up as characters from disney' s "despicable me."
