sean: off the top this noon, the attorney general' s office has identified the man who was shot and killed outside his manchester apartment. good afternoon, everybody. i am sean mcdonald. investigators say 37-year-old michael pittman was shot. an autopsy is planned for today, . however the ag' s office is , calling this a homicide. wmur' s ray brewer is live at the scene, and ray, i understand you , spoke to his widow? ray: that is correct. she is too upset to go on camera. as you can see behind me, police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding her husband' s death. she says she is having difficulty coping with the death of her husband, but almost as bad are the venomous comments people are posting on social media. t forget the fruit. as we get into winter -- i know it feels beautiful today, but we are heading to interpret -- heading to winter. other root vegetables. roasted beets, sweet potato. it could have been grapefruit sections instead of orange sections. remember, you can still get the nutrition in not just fresh, but can fruits as well. these are the mandarin oranges. i could' ve used a common time. now what we are going to is loaded up with the greens. could' ve been kale. this is the best part. we are going to put our toasted almonds on top. what you want to do is put the lid on tight. i wish you could hear the freshest when it pops. this is a side salad. if you wanted to add purging-like chicken, lean pork
