shelley: the first candidates arrived in new hampshire today to file for their spot on the primary ballot. democrat martin o' malley and republican donald trump were the first major presidential candidates to make the trip to the secretary of state' s office. good evening, i' m shelley walcott. tom: i' m tom griffith. three more candidates are planning to file tomorrow democrat bernie sanders, and republicans carly fiorina and marco rubio. a new national poll from quinnipiac shows support for the florida senator has shot up to 14% since his last debate performance putting him in third place in the republican field. shelley: tonight, rubio held a town hall meeting in nashua where he faced questions regarding his use of a florida from 2005 to 2008, wmur' s stephanie woods was there. stephanie: tonight senator rubio defended his personal finances

that shut down air traffic at san diego international airport. police say the man opened fire on officers who responded to a domestic violence call at an apartment complex this morning. officers fired back and sprayed tear gas into the apartment. eventually, he surrendered peacefully. no one was hurt. the man seen in this video attacking an uber driver in california has apologized. his attorneys say he is extremely remorseful and says this is an isolated incident in his life. the driver is suing his passenger over the attack that happened on friday. police have charged him with assault and battery and he could face a year in jail if convicted. four more people are sick with e coli that' s been linked to chipotle restaurants. in total, 41 people in washington and oregon have gotten sick in the outbreak. chipotle executives say 8 restaurants are connected to it. they voluntarily closed all chipotle locations in washington
