re learning about this case. jean: we did speak to the owner of usa ninja challenge here in hooksett. he said there were several instructors in the class during the class in question. an instructor is suspended without pay, pending the outcome of a police investigation. >> in late october the hooksett police department began the investigation into the allegations. jean: 23-year-old cameron beaton, from epsom, is charged with one count of aggravated . accused of assaulting one of his students at the gym that just opened in february. 130 students between 5 and 15-years-old, learn how to tackle obstacles here. a spokesperson for usa ninja challenge says the gym and coach were interviewed by police about ago. >> there was a very small class, there were only 7 students in

the class. there were three instructors in the studio, and a student was attempting to make a move on the rock climbing wall and the , instructor reached out to assist because he thought she , was falling. jean: the gym calls cameron beaton an experienced coach at usa ninja challenge and nearby facilities saying he , and other instructors pass background checks and must , follow protocol that includes how to help students with obstacles. they say parents are encouraged to observe. >> there' s actually a large glassed viewing area for parents activities. jean: hooksett police say they welcome any questions or concerns. >> any information surrounding this investigation or any other additional information that could help us, we would appreciate them to call the hooksett police department.

-- is reaching out to parents to inform them about the arrest. cameron beaton is free on bail and due in court next month until then he cannot work or volunteer in a facility with children. live in hooksett, jean mackin , wmur news 9. that killed a retired judge in durham will not get a retrial the county attorney' s office was planning to retry ryan marchant on class b negligent homicide after a hung jury. but the county attorney says now there is no additional evidence that could be presented in a retrial. ryan marchant was convicted of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated in the crash on route four last year. and he was found not guilty of alcohol negligent homicide. shelley: tonight a teenager is behind bars after police say he left an accident scene, hid in someone'

clothes in and -- an effort to disguise himself. brentwood police say 18-year-old isaac shea of massachusetts struck two cars on route 125 around 3:00 this afternoon, then took off. he was allegedly driving his brother' s car, which police say was going to be reported stolen. an hour later police say they found him hiding in an upstairs bedroom in a home on north road. the homeowners were not inside the house. shea is facing several charges, including burglary and resisting arrest. he is being held on $2000 cash bail. tom: police say 24-year-old james rhodes went into a mobile gas station overnight on october 16. he is accused of demanding cash from the clerk at knife point. anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call the police. shelley: and other unseasonably warm day. you'
