let's get a live look at the eiffel tower, it's reopened and all lit fun the colors of the french flag as the search for those behind the attacks turned into an international manhunt. wmur's adam sexton begins our live team coverage tonight. reporter: just 72 hours out from the attacks and trance is busy taking steps to find those responsible and ensure it doesn't happen again. >> france is at war. reporter: french president hollande is vowing to extinguish terrorism in france and abroad following friday's massacre in paris. he's calling for a three-month state of emergency and changes to the frervelg justice system that will make it easier to detain and deport suspected terrorists. meantime, the french military continues air strikes against isis in syria and intensifies the man hubble for salah abdeslam, the suspect allegedly connected to the attacks who was briefly detained by police and then let go.

at the g20 summit in turkey, president obama is standing by earlier comments that isis is contained. president obama: folks want to pop off and have opinions about what they would do, present a specific plan. if they think that somehow their advisors are better than my joint chiefs of staff and the folks who are actually on the ground, i want to meet them. reporter: when it comes to the possibility of deploying large numbers of american troops, the president continues to say that would be a mistake. still, as isis promises more attacks against what it calls crusaders, secretary of state john kerry is ratcheting up the rhetoric. >> they are in fact psychopathic monsters, and there is nothing, nothing civilized about them. reporter: according to the associated press the official death toll from friday appears tacks stands now at 129. france's ambassador to the united states says 15 of the

identified. jennifer: men while, new hampshire's congressional delegation is reacting to the attacks in par and is while governor hassan and senator ayotte may be facing off in the senate race next year, nay do have some common ground when it comes to the u.s. response. josh mcelveen is here with this. josh: everyone we spoke with says their first thoughts are with the victims of this attack. but moving forward some feel the u.s. needs to rethink the president's plan allowing thousands of refugees from that region into this country. reporter: it was already a plan under scrutiny, but following the attacks of paris you can count senator ayotte among those who want the u.s. to halt acceptance of refugees from the region. >> unless we can get our government and our intelligence officials can get with 100% assurance that these individuals are not members or sympathizers with isis. josh: governor hassan says the state is working with the federal government to examine

homeland security procedures. >> our state safety officials are working with the federal homeland security people, the f.b.i. and our local officials to make sure that we are being as vigilant as possible. josh: senator shaheen stopped short of the call to halt the acceptance of refugees but spoke of the need tone hands screening, and says nato should take the statement step it did after 9/11. >> article 5 was invoked, an aattack on one of our am lies is an attack on all of us, so there are discussions about whether to invoke article 5. >> we're not in this alone, this invokes all the european nations, the gulf states, the have. let's make sure that we are keeping people safe. josh: obviously the attack in paris has led to plenty of reaction on the campaign trail, particularly in the area of accepting these refugees. republican candidates so far appear to be in agreement with halting the process, while

ex-wife, tiffany marto. >> i was afraid of being raped or strangled again and killed. reporter: she expressed outrage at the plea deal on what she called a lack of character and competency in the carol county attorney's office. >> i think it is natural for a victim to want to blame herself for her offender's behavior. i was essentially provided a list of reasons by the county attorney's office that reenforce my fear that this was all my fault. >> the victim described being yelled at by the prosecutors. they looked into the case, took a plea off the table and investigated and these months later put the same plea back on the table because it says the county attorney's office mishandled it so. >> the infighting, for lack of a better term, that occurred led us to this point where the repair.

reporter: the defense attorney says the problems in the prosecutor's office are not relevant. the facts don't change and there was not a single fact to support the notion that a sexual assault occurred. what do you say to victims of cases going forward in carol county? >> well, like i said, we are approaching this much differently, and we have experienced prosecutors working on these cases. reporter: the a.g.'s office has been helping. this county attorney arrived in january and says it's been a year of upheaval in positions that are difficult to fill. jennifer crompton, wmur news 9. tom: police say they are investigating a maine high school principal after accusation thanks he acted inappropriately with students here in new hampshire. don reiter worked at maseenic high school. according to a press release sent by waterville, maine police, a former student in new

hampshire reported that during her senior year she had an inappropriate relationship with him. she was 17 at the time. new ipswich police have asked that waterville, maine forward their reports for review. german autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow on a young childs who death is being called suspicious. authorities say state and local police were called to alexandria on friday for a report of an injured child. they spent part of a weekend at a house on fowler river road, but officials have not said where the child was injured or how he was hurt. officials do say this child was an 11-month-old boy, but they are releasing few details about what has happened. >> we're having an autopsy and once the autopsy results are made available, we'll provide information at that time. jennifer: official says they can't release further information because this is an ongoing investigation. tom: authorities are scheduled to release new information about a woman and three children whose

tom: tonight conway police are searching for a wig-wearing bank robber. jennifer: investigators have released these surveillance pictures of an armed holdup on friday. they say the suspect here is a white man with a slim build, wearing a blond wig and sunglasses. also wearing what appeared to be dark colored ugg-type boots. he pointed the gun at the tellers and customers before leaving with cash. if you have any information, you are asked to call police. tom: we're learning new details about the plane crash that claimed the life of a rye businessman. brad mcgee was piloting the plane when it crashed near new york city earlier this month. shelley walcott has more. shelley: the preliminary report which was release today shows
