he is accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old girl from north conway back in 2013 and holding her captive for months. he faces a total of 205 charges. among the 16 motions to be discussed at this week, the defense wants the judge to recuse the associate attorney general jane young from the case and suppress statements kibby made to the state -- and suppress statements kibby made to the arresting trooper. sean: 57-year-old brad mcgee was flying home from philadelphia on november 4 when his plane crashed near new york city. a preliminary report said the plane' s parachute system was found separated from the rest of deployed. witnesses say the plane entered the water at a 45 degree angle.

kevin: it is tuesday, november 17. we start off on the chilly side. we continue to drop back toward 30 degrees on the shoreline. upper teens in some inland sections. the next system arrives starting later tomorrow. the details are coming up. sean: the bridge lit up in the colors of the french flag. people across france are waiting in long lines this week to donate blood in the aftermath of the attacks in paris. erin: nearly four times the number of normal people are showing up in blood donation centers, including many who have never given before. officials say many of the new donors are young people. doctors say thanks to the surge in donations, the blood supply in france' s normal despite the huge demand created by the attacks. sean: the new hampshire fisher cats are asking the city to play ball that would keep the team in

[laughter] of sunshine. temperatures today will be up in the 40' s to near 50. a lot of areas were up in the 50' s yesterday. as we work our way through the day today, we will see another day with temperatures responding nicely. light winds and house for another -- allows for another cold night tonight. it looks like the rain is centered around later thursday and into early friday morning before pulling away. it will be one of those days where we have just about for sunshine. the area of high pressure and fair skies continue through clouds will thicken later morning. temperatures early this morning are in the teens up north. light wind out there today.

degrees colder than we had yesterday at this time. that is the coldest of the air right now. you can see another trough digging out west. that gives us a response of milder air for a couple of days usually. that will be here thursday evening and thursday night. temperatures today will be in the 40' s to near 50. clear skies and dropping back into the 20' s with a few upper teens in the north country. from there, the clouds will start drifting in gradually later tomorrow night and early on thursday. the rain chances start to move in either side of noontime or early afternoon on thursday. there could be a stray shower out ahead of that. the best chance for us to pick up a half-inch or inch of rain will be in western and northern areas of the state. southeastern spots could get in on a third or two thirds of an inch of rain before it pulls away on friday morning.

by friday afternoon, we start to dry out. there is a batch of cool air behind the system. upper 30' s in the north by saturday. the could be a couple of mixed showers over the weekend sliding in from canada. the couple of southern spots today that get up near 50 degrees in the afternoon. we do it all over again tonight. we drop back in the teens. temperatures tomorrow with similar amounts of sunshine and a fairly light reason -- breeze do start to get up to either side of 50 in southern parts of the state. it looks like rainfall chances for thursday afternoon and thursday night before wrapping up sometime friday morning. as the breeze picks up, that is the cooler air we will have around for the weekend. a few flakes are possible on sunday. nothing that is expected to

erin: a new hampshire woman says her family in syria struggled to escape isis and they are struggling to find a safe zone. nora barre says her grandmother and her uncles and her familues ies left everything behind to make the dangerous track around isis to reach turkey. their visa to travel to america was denied. nora is disheartened there is no safe zone offered anywhere. >> if you' are too tight, if you don' t have a beard, if you don' t adhere to you. they will kill you. erin: nora launched a fundraising website to help her family. she says they can reapply for a visa in 10 days. she plans to travel to canada to

and a light wind. highs mainly in the 40' s. we jumped back to either side of 50 tomorrow. sean: we are following a developing story out of russia. the crash of a passenger jet in egypt was the result of a terror attack. the plane went down on october 30 first, killing all 224 people on board. russian officials now say the homemade explosive blew up on the plane and caused it to break up in the air. isis is claimed responsibility. erin: we are learning new details about a break-in at the lincoln stoddard army reserve center in worcester, massachusetts. the thieves broke into the building through the roof and cut a hole in the top of the weapons fault through structure made with reinforced steel and concrete.

erin: two men in canada who have been lifelong friends recently discovered they were switched at birth. norman barkman and luke monias always joked about how they looked like the others family members. they had dna tests and those tests confirmed that the men were switched at birth. how about that? no one seems to know how this mixup happened. both men say they are thankful they still got to know their biological families. sean: isn' t it amazing that fate that? erin: it is still kind of a mystery. in sports, the celtics took on the houston rockets in texas last night. sean: jared sullinger helped us jump out to an 8-2 lead. james harden brought the rockets back. points in the third quarter and

yesterday -- today we check it back into the 40' s. we are expecting full sunshine today with an area of high pressure in control. it looks like a quick half-inch or inch of rain fall out of the system. you look at temperatures across the area and you will notice the dramatic differences. lower 20' s up and out the merrimack valley. s in some of the higher elevations. some of the cooler valleys tend to see that air settle in. we will notice a couple of teens out there in some of the northern spots. it is as cold as 17-18 degrees in some spots this morning.

there will be lower half of the 40' s in the north country. light winds, sunshine today. we will do it all over again tomorrow with a few high clouds trying to drift in through the afternoon. after those banner autumn days, we start to see the rain chances push in with a thickening of clouds later tomorrow night and later we will have the rain chances make their way in thursday afternoon. temperatures today, 40' s to near 50. tomorrow, 40' s to lower range of the 50' s. nothing but fair skies until later wednesday night. there could be a shower or two around early thursday. we get later into the afternoon and we see this line of rainfall beginning to approach. it will all be in liquid form. you kind of have to say that this time of year as we start to creep into the colder temperatures. on the backside of this system,
