i mean, everywhere you go you see police officers with masks, machine guns, army. >> yes. >> that high alert will remain in place until next week, but schools, public transportation and government offices in brussels will begin to open again tomorrow. we've got breaking news that is coming in from turkey where the military says it has shot down a russian plane, and now we're getting reports that russia is confirming that report. turkey says the russian jet violated its airspace near the syrian border. the early reports that we're getting say the two pilots parachuted to safety. russia, of course, has been conducting air strikes in syria since september. this morning donald trump is doubling down on his statement that he saw on television muslims in new jersey celebrating the 9/11 attacks. he says he's received hundreds of calls and tweets in recent days from people who told him that they eyewitnessed the scenes that he described, and he read part of this article from "the washington post."
