stephanie ramos has more on the warning. stephanie: good morning. the state department says they are not telling americans not to travel around the world, but to be vigilant. if you plan on traveling this holiday season, a new warning for you in the wake of deadly attacks in paris. the state department issuing an uncommon worldwide alert due to increased terrorist threats. >> we are and we continue to be concerned. stephanie: current information suggests that terrorist groups plan to use conventional and nonconventional weapons. the city of new york is stepping up its police presence. the heightened alert is not just in the states, but overseas to europe.

emergency. sean: a seacoast woman has received a temporary order of protection against a ballet sexually assaulting her while on a trip in 2014. the fbi would not confirm or deny if they are investigating. speaking out. order of protection filed in district court, lissa curtis alleges that cosmin marculetiu, the ballet director of new england movement arts, sexually assaulted her multiple times over 10 days in romania. a judge found her allegations to be credible and granted her petition. cosmin marculetiu has not had the allegations in court. lissa curtis: the remainder of the trip, he kept that hotel key and he came into my room and repeatedly raped and assaulted me.

he was my help. i' t know. sean: a full hearing to determine whether an order will be granted has been set for december. defendant and his attorney multiple times, but they have not returned our calls. erin: the state ballot law commission will review several complaints surrounding the upcoming presidential primary. a complaint has been filed a donald trump' s name should be removed from the ballot. trump' s national campaign manager called the complaint outrageous. sean: challenges have also been filed against bernie sanders, ted cruz, marco rubio, and rick santorum, questioning their eligibility to be on the ballot. a total of 58 people have signed

notice the warming trend back out to our west. eventually, we start to get a little bit more southerly and southwesterly wind that continues through black friday. temperatures could be near 60 degrees on black friday. 10 degrees in pittsburgh. you get back to the low to mid 30' s this afternoon. for central and southern areas, we are looking at temperatures going from 43 in manchester 244 in manchester -- to 44 in portsmouth. extra clouds in northwestern parts of the state. a chance of a few flurries and a light shower. we do it all over again tonight temperature-wise. a big area of high pressure in control. as that moves offshore, the wind starts to turn more southerly on thanksgiving day and starts to pick up out of the southwest on
