now, wmur news 9 at noon. anchor: new developments this noon, a former camp counselor has admitted to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy. this assault occurred when david johansen spent the night at the boy' s house. according to authorities, this is not the only victim. wmur' s ray brewer is live. the victim and his mother do not feel that johansen is showing remorse. ray: that is correct, josh. the victim -- [bill riniging -- [bell ringing] ray: in court wednesday, victim and asking him to spend s house during the course of the night, john -- johansen sexually assaulted the

david: he made full admission. ray: the plea deal called for him to serves two years to six years in prison. johansen says the memories -- johansen' s victims of the memories of that night still haunt him. >> i do not trust people, i do not have faith anymore. i do not go to church. i still cannot deal with it. ray: johansen is accused of similar misconduct down in massachusetts. in court, it was revealed that johansen will admit to sexual assault and be sentenced to four years to six years, concurrent with the new hampshire sentence. >> he is never going to be able to do this to another child. ray: the victim' s mother says while the sexual salt have rubbed her son of his believe, she still has faith. >> he is going to prison here, but he will be judged on the more important level. ray: any day now, her son is about to become a father. his mother says she cannot think

josh: in portsmouth, a major fire is burning fury let' s get the very latest on what is happening from amy coveno, who is live at the scene. amy: good afternoon to you, josh. we are here on market street, although market street is closed. this fire broke out at 64 market street after 10:30 this morning, the home of the gaslight company, a very popular restaurant here on the seacoast. that fire went to four alarms a short while ago. you can see the number of apparatus lining market street here. the word is this is a chimney fire. the fire chief spoke with news 9 saying they had crews on the river doing training when they spotted smoke at the same time the 911 calls started coming in. it is early yes, but they have got the road blocked off here, and they are turning people away.
