they were taking of getting out of the packaging and then leaving the store. jordan' s son appeared to be participating in the crime. jordan' s son was released to another family member and as for his mother, she has only been arraigned and is being held on $7,500 cash bail and is been ordered by judge not to go into any salem stores. heather hamel, wmur news 9. erin: also in salem this noon, police have arrested five people accused of passing counterfeit bills at several stores. officers first responded to market basket, but it appears this group also used the fake money at marshall' s and home dept, according to authorities. four of them are from philadelphia. the fifth is from nashua. all 5 of them faced a judge this morning. a deering man faces three charges after police say he fired shots into the ground while fighting with his son. but also nearby was a young child, who police say was put in danger. wmur'

deering this noon with the story. ray: the adult son who andrew lyles was allegedly arguing with says his dad has been under a lot of stress lately and last night his dad just snapped. clearly still upset by the events that unfolded monday night, 44-year-old andrew lyles was arraigned on video in circuit court. it was just before 9:00 monday night when he got into an argument with his adult son. according to the son, who didn' t want to go on camera, during the argument, lyles brought a gun and went outside. it was last was standing in his front yard in deering that he allegedly fired the gun into the ground near reggie.-- near a jeep. >> during and a message violence argument, your adult son, the defendant did fire multiple rounds of 45 acp ammunition from

threat sent to the district over the weekend. officials say it was specific to the city' s two high schools and said students would be hurt. police are not saying what specifically was in the threat but they' re confident schools are safe. right now the investigation continues after this accident last night in manchester involving a police cruiser. police say 3 people, including -- police say one of the other drivers failed to stop for a red light, causing this crash. police say 3 people, including two manchester officers, were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries. they have since been released. hundreds of people gathered this morning to say goodbye to a longtime instructor at the new hampshire fire academy. captain robert pragoff died unexpectedly last week. he was part of the fire department in deering for 25 years before retiring in 2008. he was also an instructor at the academy for 10 years.
