erin: off the top this noon, a man convicted in the stabbing death of a madbury teen has just been sentenced to life behind bars. good afternoon. i' m erin fehalu. tristan wolusky is the third person to learn his fate for the killing of aaron wilkinson. today, he faced the victim' s father in court. wmur' s adam sexton is live in dover with more on this hearing. erin: adam: well, erin, no surprises in court. an automatic sentence of life will spend the rest of his natural life in prison. wolusky address the court that he is sorry that aaron wilkinson is gone, but he is contending that he did not commit murder.

heather: matthew martin is wanted for armed bank robberies , quite a few here in new hampshire as well as vermont as recently as monday where he is suspected of holding up the heritage credit union, and all of that was caught on camera. here is the video where the man draws a black handgun. he demands money and tells the teller not to push any buttons. 30 seconds. authorities believe matthew martin is responsible for not only this robbery but at least three others this month. the first in charlestown and three days later in loudon when the td bank was hit. there is a warrant out for his arrest in that particular bank robbery. he is from rhode island, and he has the quinces in vermont. the u.s. marshal is looking for him. david cargill: every time he' s done these robberies, he has shown a firearm. that' s what makes him so dangerous.

hilber and derek kelley are wanted in the granite state for allegedly dragging an officer as he tried to arrest them. we will have more on this breaking story starting at 5:00. new this noon, a serious head-on crash in henniker. this is the scene on bridge street near union. as you can see, it involved a tree truck and a car. one of the drivers suffered serious injuries. the accident is under investigation. the red cross is helping two people after flames destroyed a home in lyndeborough last night. this is viewer video showing the intense fire engulfing the home on old temple road. right now, there is no word as to what may have sparked the fire. a milton family is homeless after flames tore through a home last night. this is all that the family has left just days before christmas. the community is coming together to help the family, which includes a set of twins in kindergarten. wmur' s ray brewer has more on the outpouring of support in

everything in this fire, but at this table, the fire this is just a small number of things that they have collected. the christmas spirit is alive and well in milton. >> it is like a blessing. it is awful that bad things bring people together, but it ray: that' s not how most people destroyed their home. this was jenny and mike pelletier' s home just before 6:00 last night. fire ripping through 127 the pelletier' swere out christmas shopping at the time. jenny: our daughter had asked didn' t tell us about, so we had to go down and retrieve them. ray: the couple' s five-year-old twins were down the road with their grandparents, so fortunately no one was home. s dogs, but that was mike: we' we' ve got on as of last night pulled together.
