good morning, deb. deb: if you' re commute is getting on interstate 98, that interstate is moving well above directions. not seeing any delays right now with the boat junction with 93. 293 is moving well through the mill yard and manchester and the lane shifts between exit five and the effort turnpike. 93 south is seeing delays from andover and a serious crash on 128 northbound and exit 32. it right now has only one lane getting by. numerous emergency vehicles on the scene, so expect significant delays as the morning commute gets going, including onlooker delays on the southbound side. from the traffic network, i' m deb davidson for 95.7 wzid. sean: there is a reward this morning for information that helps police track down vandals in salem. erin: investigators say this isn' t the first time the neighborhood along norwood drive has been hit and they think the same people are likely

s ray brewer is live in salem with a look at the damage . ray: several residents woke up yesterday morning to find their homes, cars, and mailboxes have been spray-painted. and this isn' t the first time. police say at least a dozen homes were targeted this week but they think that number could , rise. investigators say many of the same people were also hit by vandals back in august. officers say it is possible that the people responsible live in the area and while they don' t think there is any real danger police are asking residents to , be vigilant. victims say the whole experience is frustrating. >> really discouraging. because 23 years in the neighborhood this year is the , first time anything happened and it' s just not fair for the people that live here and the kids that are growing up. ray: police say one of the messages spray painted on a garage door this week said we' re

very specific questions answered, right down to their own property. erin: there are 4 more public sessions scheduled over the next two weeks in londonderry, laconia, whitefield and lincoln. sean: governor maggie hassan will testify today at a joint public hearing of the senate judiciary and house criminal justice committees in concord to show her support for laws to fight the drug crisis in new hampshire. this comes a day after the state medical examiner announced there were 385 drug-related deaths in the granite state last year with another 45 cases still pending toxicology results. the vast majority of those deaths involved fentanyl or heroin. the medical examiner expects the total number of deaths to reach 400. police in massachusetts say they have ceased $3 million of heroin and fentanyl along with more than $20,000 in cash. the drugs and money were found inside a tewksbury apartment. two people now face charges and prosecutors say they were

who was seriously injured in a crash in wakefield last month is a married man this morning. 30-year-old garrett fitzgerald suffered a spinal cord injury when another driver hit fitzgerald' s car head on. the agent and his fiancee had planned to marry in march, but with fitzgerald facing a long and rigorous rehab schedule, they decided to move things up a little, and they got married in the icu on sunday. they even streamed the wedding online so that family members could share in the moment. you can see the smiles there. a long road to recovery there, but congrats to the couple. erin: congratulations definitely. coming up, big changes are coming to the art museum at dartmouth college, but that also means that the museum will be closed for a couple of years. sean: facial recognition isn' t just for humans anymore. a new app will help you track

using elephants in its shows in may about a year and a half ahead of what had been previously announced. the parent company of the traveling circus says the asian elephants will retire to a 200 acre center for elephant conservation in florida. ringling brothers has faced repeated criticism for its treatment of the animals. the circus will continue to feature animals including tigers, lions, and camels . the last survivor of the devastating san francisco earthquake and fire on 1906 has passed away. william del monte was just 11 days shy of his 110th birthday. he was 3 months old when the quake struck. his family escaped in a horse-drawn wagon with flames burning on both sides. more than a thousand people were killed in the quake and fires. erin: the hood museum of art at dartmouth college is getting a major facelift. the museum is scheduled to close renovation. artist renderings show the new north facade. the project includes three new

reception area, and several additional gallery spaces. the museum is scheduled to re-open to the public in 2019. house lawmakers have voted to limit the federal expenses for former presidents based upon how much money they make each year. right now, presidents get a pension of more than $200,000 a year after leaving office. they are also covered for expenses for things like travel and office space that can total more than a million dollars. now those expense payments would be reduced for any former president earning more than $400,000. sean: there is new help available this morning for anyone whose pets run off. the free app called finding rover uses animal facial recognition. once you download the app, you take a picture of your pet and it is then added to a database. shelters and police can then use the app to scan found animals and track down the owner. you can even send out an alert to your area if your dog runs

single digits up north to near 20 degrees in some spots. a light wind and clear skies allow temperatures to be seasonably chilly. it reinforcing shot of even colder air arise behind the system. gusty winds out there tomorrow to snowfall developing from 1:00-4:00 west to east. we expect western and northern areas from midafternoon to late afternoon in southeastern spots. the light snow will accumulation there. we are not expecting huge a general 1-3 inches of accumulation. temperatures are going to be at or below freezing, which means a lot of that could cause slick conditions on secondary roads, bridges, overpasses, and untreated surfaces. temperatures only in the 20' s single digit and teens. it is mainly fair skies for thursday and friday.

we will have much more with your forecast coming up. sean: thanks. we are following a developing story out of turkey. an overnight explosion at an historic site in istanbul killed at least 10 people and injured 15 others. there is no word on the cause of that explosion. the president of the country said the suicide bomber is believed to be behind it. erin: a teen in massachusetts is recovering after being hit by a stray bullet while standing in his kitchen. sean: one of the bullets travel through a window and hit the 17-year-old in the back. the bullet passed through his body and went through his chest. several vehicles in the area were also hit. erin: a family of four was killed in a house explosion in ohio last night. the bodies of a mom and her two daughters were found in the front of the house. the dad' s body was found in the
